نبذة عن الوظيفة
شاغلو هذه الوظيفة هم محترفون ذوو خبرة قادرون على تنفيذ العمل بتوجيهات عامة. يتركز دورهم على تطوير حلول للتحديات التي تتطلب بعض التحليل لفهمها وحلها، ومعالجة المشكلات المحالة من المستويات المبتدئة. يقومون بأنشطة تشغيلية معقدة تشمل الإشراف على تطوير التطبيقات وتنفيذ اختبارات النظام والتكامل، وحل المشكلات المحالة للأنظمة والتطبيقات، وإعداد خطط للتغييرات الدائمة للقضاء على المشكلات المزمنة أو تقليلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع Enterprise Architecture للبحث والاطلاع على أحدث اتجاهات تطبيقات المؤسسات وتطويرها، ووضع السياسة والاستراتيجية لاختيار مكونات بنية الأنظمة، وتعزيز الانضباط لضمان الاتساق.
- التعاون الاستباقي مع Enterprise Architecture لمراجعة مشاريع تقنية المعلومات، والحفاظ على بنية مستقرة وقابلة للتطبيق، وتصميم تطبيقات متسقة عبر المشاريع ضمن برنامج تغيير أعمال كبير.
- جمع وفهم متطلبات الأعمال، واستخدام الأدوات المناسبة بما في ذلك النماذج المنطقية للمكونات والواجهات، وإنتاج مواصفات تفصيلية للمكونات، وترجمتها إلى تصاميم وهياكل مفصلة لأنظمة معقدة للتنفيذ.
- الموازنة بين متطلبات الجودة الوظيفية وجودة الخدمة وإدارة الأنظمة، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الحلول المناسبة، وتقديم التوصيات بشأن الجوانب الفنية لتطوير الأنظمة والتكامل (بما في ذلك طلبات التغيير والانحرافات عن المواصفات).
- جمع احتياجات المشروع بالتنسيق مع فريق المشروع، ومراجعة متطلبات المستخدمين، وتحديد متطلبات النظام المحددة بما في ذلك الوقت والموارد اللازمة لإكمال المشروع.

- استلام المشكلات المحالة للأنظمة والتطبيقات، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية للانقطاعات، واستكشاف الأخطاء البسيطة المحالة أثناء التنفيذ وإصلاحها، وإعداد خطط للتغييرات الدائمة للقضاء على المشكلات المزمنة أو تقليلها.
- القيام بالمراقبة اليومية لعمليات التطبيقات، وجمع وتحليل سجلات الأداء والسجلات، وتطبيق الترقيات وتصحيحات النظام لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- توثيق المعرفة الضمنية للتطبيقات والأنظمة، ونقل المعرفة الضمنية إلى الموردين وأنظمة إدارة المعرفة للتوثيق السليم، وضمان تحديث جميع الفرق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.

Purpose of Job

They undertake complex operational activities including overseeing the development of applications and the execution of system and integration tests, solving systems and applications escalated issues and preparing plans for permanent changes to eliminate/reduce chronic issues

Job Resposiblites
- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to research and remain abreast of the latest enterprise architecture and application development trends, establish policy and strategy for the selection of systems architecture components, and promote the discipline to ensure consistency
- Collaborate proactively with Enterprise Architecture to review IT projects, maintain a stable and viable architecture, and accordingly design consistent applications across projects within a large business change program
- Collect and understand the business requirements, use the appropriate tools including logical models of components and interfaces, produce detailed component specifications, and translate these into detailed architectures and designs of complex systems for implementation
- Balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements, ensure that appropriate solution standards are adhered to, and accordingly provide recommendations on technical aspects of system development and integration (including requests for changes, deviations from specifications, etc.)
- Gather project needs in coordination with project team, review users’ requirements, and determine specific system requirements including time and resources needed to complete project
- Receive system changes, analyze and assess the relevant system changes (impact on resources, infrastructure, costs, etc.), and facilitate the development of detailed technical specifications and designs for systems
- Assist in the development of business application specifications, address all design aspects appropriately and provide the detailed specifications for programming and coding
- Participate in the preparation of the needed inputs for testing, schedule and execute system and integration tests, and ensure effectiveness in meeting user needs
- Receive systems and applications escalated issues, identify root causes of outages, troubleshoot and resolve simple issues escalated during implementation, and prepare plans for permanent changes to eliminate/reduce chronic issues
- Perform day-to-day monitoring of application processes, collect and analyze performance records and logs, and apply upgrades and system patches to ensure smooth operations
- Capture applications and systems tacit knowledge, transferring tacit knowledge to vendors and knowledge management systems for proper documentation, and ensure that all teams are updated
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
