Rixos Hotels تبحث عن فني سمعي بصري (AV Technician) للعمل في مكة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن فني سمعي بصري ماهر وموثوق لدعم إعداد وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح المعدات السمعية والبصرية للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والعروض التقديمية والتدريبات والفعاليات والأنشطة الفندقية الأخرى. سيتأكد الفني من أن جميع المعدات آمنة وفعالة وجاهزة لتقديم تجربة عالية الجودة للضيوف والعملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وإعداد وتشغيل وصيانة المعدات السمعية والبصرية، بما في ذلك أجهزة العرض والشاشات والتلفزيونات والكاميرات والميكروفونات ومكبرات الصوت وأنظمة مؤتمرات الفيديو.
- إعداد وتشغيل معدات AV للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والعروض التقديمية والتدريبات والفعاليات.
- إجراء اختبارات المعدات والتفتيش والإصلاح والاستبدال واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها.
- التأكد من أن جميع معدات AV تعمل بشكل صحيح وآمن قبل الفعاليات.
- تقديم دعم فني محترف وفعال للضيوف والعملاء ومنظمي الفعاليات.
- نقل وتخزين والتعامل مع معدات AV والكابلات والملحقات بأمان.
- الحفاظ على جرد دقيق لمعدات AV والكابلات والملحقات.
- التأكد من تخزين المعدات وصيانتها بشكل صحيح بعد كل فعالية.
- الاستجابة السريعة للمشكلات الفنية أثناء الفعاليات وتقديم حلول فعالة.
- التنسيق مع فريق الفعاليات والترفيه لضمان سير الفعاليات بسلاسة.
- الإبلاغ عن المعدات التالفة أو المفقودة أو المعطلة إلى المشرف المختص.
- الحفاظ على منطقة عمل فنية نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
- اتباع سياسات الفندق وإجراءاته ومعايير OSM ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
- حضور التدريبات الفنية والتدريبات على المهارات المطلوبة.
- المساعدة في المهام الأخرى وأنشطة الفندق حسب الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كفني AV، ويفضل في فندق أو منتجع أو مكان فعاليات أو بيئة ضيافة.
- معرفة جيدة بالمعدات السمعية والبصرية وأنظمة الصوت والإضاءة وأجهزة العرض والشاشات والميكروفونات وأنظمة مؤتمرات الفيديو.
- القدرة على استكشاف المشكلات التقنية وأعطال AV وإصلاحها.
- فهم جيد للكابلات والموصلات وتدفق الإشارات وإعداد AV.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة مخزون.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط والوفاء بمواعيد الفعاليات.
- المرونة للعمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية وأثناء الفعاليات عند الحاجة.
- إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية (مفضل).
- مؤهل تقني ذو صلة أو شهادة (ميزة إضافية).

- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها للمشكلات التقنية.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Install, set up, operate, and maintain audio-visual equipment, including projectors, displays, televisions, cameras, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems.
- Set up and operate AV equipment for meetings, conferences, presentations, trainings, and events.
- Perform equipment testing, inspections, repairs, replacements, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all AV equipment is functioning properly and safely before events.
- Provide professional and efficient technical support to guests, clients, and event organizers.
- Safely transport, store, and handle AV equipment, cables, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate inventory of AV equipment, cables, and accessories.
- Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained after each event.
- Respond quickly to technical issues during events and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the Events & Entertainment team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe technical work area.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, OSM standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Attend required technical and skills training.
- Assist with other duties and hotel activities as required.
- Previous experience as an AV Technician, preferably in a hotel, resort, events venue, or hospitality environment.
- Good knowledge of audio-visual equipment, sound systems, lighting, projectors, displays, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical and AV issues.
- Good understanding of cables, connectors, signal flow, and AV setup.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet event deadlines.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during events as required.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Relevant technical qualification or certification is an advantage.

- Follow all hotel health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
- Operate, transport, and store AV equipment safely.
- Report technical faults, damaged equipment, and potential hazards immediately.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Support the hotel's commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
- Follow Rixos policies, procedures, and Operational Standards Manual (OSM).
