المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب برامج البيئة والصحة والسلامة لضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين واللوائح والمتطلبات الداخلية والخارجية مع دفع التحسين المستمر
- التأثير على قيادة الشركة وتوجيهها نحو تعزيز ثقافة EHS مترابطة
- تطوير وتقديم تحديثات دورية لقيادة الشركة حول مؤشرات أداء EHS الرئيسية
- العمل كخبير فني في EHS لتحليلات مخاطر العمليات وإدارة التغيير والتحقيق في الحوادث والأنشطة ذات الصلة
- تنفيذ نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة بما يتوافق مع خطط EHS للشركة والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية ومعايير الممارسة الدولية
- إدارة مراقبة الامتثال لـ EHS من خلال قيادة وتوجيه أنشطة إدارة الصحة والسلامة
- إجراء تقييمات EHS للمقاولين والموردين ووكالات التفتيش المستقلة لتقييم كفاءتهم
- البقاء على اطلاع بالتغييرات في لوائح EHS وأفضل الممارسات والتقنيات الناشئة التي قد تؤثر على السلامة التنظيمية والأثر البيئي
- إنشاء برامج لتحسين الامتثال للصحة والسلامة من خلال حلول مبتكرة والحفاظ على التحسين المستمر لـ EHS
- إنشاء برامج مشاركة EHS مع جميع أصحاب المصلحة لتشجيع والحفاظ على أداء ومستويات الامتثال للصحة والسلامة
- مراجعة تقارير الحوادث والتحقيقات وتحليل البيانات لضمان تنفيذ التوصيات الاستباقية الهادفة إلى منع التكرار
- تطوير وصيانة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ بما في ذلك إجراءات الإخلاء والتأهب للكوارث
- إجراء تدريبات طوارئ منتظمة لضمان جاهزية الموظفين والامتثال التنظيمي
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية لخدمات الطوارئ الخارجية أثناء الحوادث
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الإدارة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة تزيد عن 10 سنوات في أدوار البيئة والصحة والسلامة والأمن (EHSS) تشمل خبرة إدارية
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة مثل ISO أو OSHA أو NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بلوائح ومعايير EHSS المطبقة في المملكة العربية السعودية
- مهارات قوية في تقييم المخاطر مع القدرة على تحديد وتخفيف مخاطر EHSS
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة قوية
- مهارات مثبتة في حل المشكلات لتحليل البيانات ومعالجة تحديات EHSS

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking EHS Manager to join the EHS Department. Reporting to the EHSS Director, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the processes that comprise the environment, health, and safety components of the EHS management system. The EHS Manager serves as the organisation's technical expert on environmental and safety matters, providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to build a strong interdependent EHS culture.

Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking EHS Manager to join the EHS Department. Reporting to the EHSS Director, this role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the processes that comprise the environment, health, and safety components of the EHS management system. The EHS Manager serves as the organisation's technical expert on environmental and safety matters, providing leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to build a strong interdependent EHS culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of Environment, Health, and Safety programmes to maintain full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal and external business requirements, while driving continuous improvement
- Influence and mentor company leadership toward the strengthening of an interdependent EHS culture
- Develop, prepare, and present regular updates to company leadership on key EHS performance indicators
- Serve as the EHS technical expert for process hazard analyses, management of change, incident investigation, and related activities
- Implement the Health & Safety Management System in compliance with company EHS plans, local statutory requirements, and international best practice standards
- Manage EHS compliance monitoring through leading, advising, and directing health and safety management activities
- Conduct EHS evaluations of contractors, vendors, and independent inspection agencies to assess their competence
- Stay updated on changes in EHS regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies that may affect organisational safety and environmental impact
- Establish programmes to improve Health & Safety compliance through innovative solutions and maintain continuous EHS improvement
- Establish EHS engagement programmes with all stakeholders to encourage and maintain Health & Safety performance and compliance levels
- Review incident reporting, investigation, and data analysis to ensure implementation of proactive recommendations aimed at preventing recurrence.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and disaster preparedness
- Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure employee readiness and regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for external emergency services during incidents.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of experience in EHSS roles, including managerial experience.
- Relevant professional certifications such as ISO, OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with EHSS regulations and standards applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Strong risk assessment skills with the ability to identify and mitigate EHSS risks.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in analysing data and addressing EHSS challenges.
