Company Description Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company (Dussur), Saudi Aramco, and Doosan Heavy Industries. Located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the company operates a state-of-the-art facility specializing in sand mold casting and open-mold forging. The factory is designed to produce up to 60,000 tons per year, serving local and international customers in the oil and gas sector and other heavy industries. In addition to casting and forging solutions, the company supports drilling rigs, drilling equipment, and serves marine and engine industries. This environment offers opportunities to work with advanced industrial technologies and contribute to large-scale manufacturing projects.
Role Description The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring casting and forging equipment, preparing materials and molds, and ensuring production processes follow established specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include inspecting machinery, performing basic adjustments, reporting equipment issues, and maintaining accurate production records. The Operator will follow work instructions, coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in productivity and product quality. This role requires adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines in a heavy industrial setting.
Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery, preferably in casting, forging, or heavy manufacturing environments.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment checks and adjustments.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures.
• Physical ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing for extended periods and handling materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to follow established processes.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, and other operators.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial operations or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in oil and gas, steel, or heavy industry sectors is beneficial.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning in operating advanced manufacturing equipment.
