المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة برامج تحول مالي عالية التأثير لعملاء عالميين، والعمل مع المدراء الماليين وكبار التنفيذيين لصياغة وتنفيذ أجندات تحول شاملة تحقق قيمة تجارية قابلة للقياس.
- إعادة ابتكار وظائف المالية من خلال التحول الرقمي المعتمد على Oracle، والاستفادة من التقنيات المتطورة (ERP, AI, أتمتة) لتعزيز الكفاءة والرؤية والمرونة عبر المؤسسة.
- حل التحديات التجارية المعقدة والغامضة بصرامة وابتكار، وتطبيق التفكير المنهجي والتحليلات المتقدمة والتفكير القائم على القيمة لتحديد حلول عملية موجهة نحو النتائج.
- تصميم وتيسير ورش عمل على المستوى التنفيذي وجلسات إبداع مشترك، باستخدام منهجيات التصميم والتفكير الرشيق (Agile) لإطلاق الابتكار وتسريع اتخاذ القرارات لدى العميل.
- بناء علاقات موثوقة وطويلة الأمد مع أصحاب المصلحة من كبار المسؤولين، والعمل كمستشار استراتيجي يتجاوز التوقعات ويحقق أثراً ملموساً.
- دفع النمو وتشكيل السوق من خلال قيادة العروض، وتحديد فرص التوسع، وتطوير سرديات تحول مقنعة تضع أكسنتشر كشريك مفضل.
- المساهمة في تطوير ممارسة المالية في الشركة، وإنشاء عروض متميزة وأصول قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وفكر قيادي في المالية الرقمية والتحول القائم على الذكاء الاصطناعي وأولويات أجندة المدراء الماليين.
- قيادة وإلهام وتطوير فرق عالية الأداء، وتعزيز ثقافة التعاون والابتكار والتعلم المستمر في بيئات متعددة التخصصات.
- البقاء في طليعة الابتكار في مجال المالية، وبناء خبرة مستمرة في Oracle ERP والتحول المالي والذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات الناشئة لتقديم أحدث الإمكانيات للعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 15+ عاماً في الاستشارات والتحول المالي.
- معرفة عميقة بعمليات المالية والمحاسبة (F&A) والتحول المعتمد على ERP، مع خبرة قوية في Oracle ERP.
- خبرة قوية في برامج التحول المالي تشمل: تطوير حالة القيمة وحالة العمل، شجرة القيمة المالية وتحديد محركات القيمة، تصميم نموذج التشغيل المستهدف وتنظيم المالية.
- خبرة في رقمنة العمليات (RPA, ML, process mining).
- قدرة مثبتة على التعامل والتأثير على المدراء الماليين وأصحاب المصلحة من المستوى التنفيذي في المؤسسات الكبيرة.

- مهارات قيادية وتواصلية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة.
- درجة البكالوريوس مطلوبة (MBA أو درجة دراسات عليا مفضلة).
- مؤهل مهني في المالية (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) مفضل بشدة.
- شهادات Oracle ميزة قوية.

As a Finance Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture, you will:
- Lead high-impact finance transformation programs for global clients, partnering with CFOs and senior executives to shape and deliver end-to-end transformation agendas that drive measurable business value
- Reinvent finance functions through digital and Oracle-enabled transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies (ERP, AI, automation) to enhance efficiency, insight, and agility across the enterprise
- Solve complex, ambiguous business challenges with rigor and innovation, applying structured problem-solving, advanced analytics, and value-driven thinking to define practical, outcomes-focused solutions
- Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and co-creation sessions, using design thinking and agile methodologies to unlock innovation and accelerate client decision-making
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor who consistently exceeds expectations and delivers tangible impact
- Drive growth and shape the market, leading proposals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing compelling transformation narratives that position Accenture as a partner of choice

What skills & experience are we looking for?
- 15+ years of experience in consulting and Finance Transformation
- Deep knowledge of Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes and ERP-enabled transformation, with strong experience in Oracle ERP
- Strong experience in Finance transformation programs, including:
- Value case and business case development
- Finance value tree and value drivers identification
- Target operating model and Finance organization design
- Experience in process digitization (RPA, ML, process mining)
- Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders in large organizations
- Experience working across service lines (e.g., Technology teams for system implementation)
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery and design thinking methodologies
- Experience in post-merger integration is a plus
- Experience managing medium to large teams (6-16 resources)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or postgraduate degree preferred
- Professional Finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is highly preferred
- Oracle certifications are a strong plus
