تدعوكم شركة Unilever للانضمام إليها كمتخصص في مراقبة التكاليف (Cost Controller - Intern) في مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تتبع ومراقبة وتحليل تكاليف الإنتاج بما في ذلك العمالة والتكاليف العامة والمواد والمصروفات التصنيعية الأخرى.
- المساعدة في تحديد فروق التكاليف والتحقيق في التناقضات لضمان دقة تخصيص التكاليف والإبلاغ عنها.
- إعداد تقارير مالية منتظمة وتحليل أداء لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية والتجارية.
- الحفاظ على معلومات التسعير والتكاليف للمنتجات وتحديثها داخل الأنظمة المالية ذات الصلة.
- معالجة وترحيل مستندات تعديل الجرد الدوري لضمان دقة سجلات المخزون.
- دعم الأنشطة الختامية للشهر بما في ذلك إعداد وترحيل قيود اليومية.
- المساعدة في تسوية البيانات المالية والتشغيلية لضمان دقة التقارير.
- المشاركة في مبادرات تحسين التكاليف من خلال تحليل الاتجاهات وتسليط الضوء على مجالات التحسين.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات المحاسبة والضوابط الداخلية ومتطلبات الحوكمة المالية للشركة.
- دعم تقديم تقارير الضوابط الداخلية والمساعدة في التوثيق المطلوب لأغراض التدقيق والامتثال.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس أو على وشك التخرج في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مهارات تحليلية وعددية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وتطبيقات Microsoft Office الأخرى.
- فهم جيد للمبادئ المحاسبية والمالية الأساسية.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم قوية مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة.
- يفضل: خبرة سابقة في تدريب أو مساقات دراسية أو مشاريع في المالية أو المحاسبة أو التكاليف أو التصنيع المالي.
- يفضل: الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط الموارد المؤسسية مثل SAP أو منصات مالية مماثلة.
- يفضل: الاهتمام بعمليات التصنيع وإدارة التكاليف والتحليل المالي.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Support the tracking, monitoring, and analysis of production costs, including labor, overhead, materials, and other manufacturing expenses.
- Assist in identifying cost variances and investigating discrepancies to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance analysis to support business and operational decision-making.
- Maintain and update product pricing and cost information within relevant financial systems.
- Process and post cycle count adjustment documents to ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
- Support month-end closing activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Assist in reconciling financial and operational data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Participate in cost optimization initiatives by analyzing trends and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and financial governance requirements.
- Support Internal Controls submissions and assist with documentation required for audit and compliance purposes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous internship, coursework, or project experience in Finance, Accounting, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar financial platforms.
- Interest in manufacturing operations, cost management, and financial analysis.
