GE Vernova تقدم فرصة تدريب تقني مكثف لخريجي الهندسة حديثي التخرج من خلال وظيفة مهندس الخدمة الميدانية (Field Service Engineer) في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتضمن الوظيفة عقدًا محدد المدة لمدة عام واحد مع تدريب عملي على صيانة المعدات ودعم العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل وفقًا للتعليمات الفنية والإجراءات الداخلية لأعمال الإصلاح والصيانة الميدانية
- أداء المهام الإدارية مثل: إعداد كشوف الوقت وتقارير المصروفات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، طلب المواد، وتوثيق العمل في نظامَي SOR وDOR
- حضور جميع الدورات التدريبية المجدولة وإكمالها بنجاح
- تعزيز رضا العملاء من خلال الوعي العالي بالجودة
- الحفاظ على وعي قوي بالسلامة لضمان أن العمل المنجز يفي بالمتطلبات الفنية لمعايير السلامة الخاصة بـ GEV
- الإلمام بأساليب استكشاف الأعطال وإجراء فحوصات الصيانة الدورية لمجموعة واسعة من المعدات
- الإشراف على المهام الحرجة عند تنفيذها من قبل الموردين نيابة عن GEV (مثل القياسات والفحوصات البعدية وغيرها من الأنشطة التي تراها الإدارة)
- الاستعداد للعمل في أيام العطل وعطل نهاية الأسبوع والعمل الإضافي حسب الحاجة في الميدان
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية المختلفة
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو درجة الزمالة في مجال تقني من جامعة/كلية معتمدة
- خريج حديث أو خبرة لا تتجاوز سنتين في مجال الخدمات الميدانية أو توليد الطاقة
- السعي لتحقيق أهداف المشروع ورضا العملاء
- روح الفريق مع القدرة على التواصل الفعال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات
- السفر المكثف من وإلى المشاريع والمهام الميدانية المختلفة
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا
- إتقان متقدم لبرامج MS Office
- الحق القانوني في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية دون الحاجة إلى كفالة أو قيود زمنية من الشركة
المهارات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (مفضل)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with and adhere to technical instructions and internal processes for on-site repair and maintenance
- Perform administrative tasks such as: timely and thorough timesheets and expense reports, ordering materials, and documenting work in the SOR and DOR
- Attend and successfully complete all scheduled training courses
- Promote customer satisfaction through a high level of quality awareness
- Maintain a strong safety awareness to ensure that work performed meets the technical requirements of GEV safety standards
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance checks for a wide range of equipment
- Supervise critical tasks when performed by suppliers on behalf of GEV (e.g., measurements, dimensional checks, and other activities considered by management)
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed in the field.
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an Associate’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university/college
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years' experience in a field services or power generation
- Strives to achieve Project goals and Customer satisfaction
- A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams
- Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments will be required
- Strong oral and written language skills in English and Arabic
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
