تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن برنامج تجربة إدارة المشاريع (PMEP) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، السعودية. يهدف البرنامج إلى تسريع تطوير المواهب الشابة في مجال إدارة المشاريع والهندسة، ضمن فريق إدارة المشاريع في قطاع أعمال الطاقة الغازية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
برنامج PMEP هو برنامج مدته سنتان، يبدأ في أبريل، ويتكون من ثلاث فترات تدريبية دوارة مدة كل منها ثمانية أشهر. تشمل الفترات الإلزامية التدريب الميداني / البناء وجدولة المشاريع، بالإضافة إلى فترة ثالثة في تخصص آخر (مثل العمليات التجارية، الجودة، التوريد، إدارة العقود، المالية، مراقبة المشاريع، اللوجستيات، إدارة المشاريع، الليّن، أو التخصص التقني). يُتوقع من المشاركين إظهار رغبة في العمل الميداني. بعد التخرج، يُخصص هذا الدور لوظيفة في فريق إدارة المشاريع في قطاع أعمال الطاقة الغازية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة معتمدة.
- خبرة صناعية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات ولا تزيد عن 8 سنوات.
- القدرة على إكمال فترات التدريب الدوارة في مواقع ومناطق متعددة، والسفر محليًا ودوليًا لمدة تصل إلى 8 أشهر لكل فترة.
- القدرة على إتمام فترة تدويرية في موقع ميداني.
- الالتزام بالعمل لمدة سنتين بعد التخرج في الشركة الراعية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص تقني.
- خبرة في قطاع الطاقة / توليد الكهرباء.
- خبرة في العقود.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة وخبرة سابقة في قيادة المشاريع أو الفرق.
- خبرة في البناء.
- خبرة صناعية لا تقل عن سنتين مع أداء متميز.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي والتيسير.

This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in the Gas Power Business.

The program, which commences in April, is a two-year program spanning three eight-month rotational assignments. Mandatory rotations will include field / construction and scheduling with a third in another discipline (commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical). Participants are expected to demonstrate a field desire. This PMEP role is intended for off program on the Project Management team in the Gas Power business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience and a maximum of 8 years
- Ability to complete multi-business, multi-location rotations, and travel both domestically and / or internationally for up to 8 months per rotation
- Ability to do field site rotation
- Ability to make 2-year commitment to sponsoring business upon graduation
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience in Power/Energy Industries
- Experience in contracts
- Proven leadership skills and prior experience leading projects or teams
- Construction experience
- Minimum of 2 years of Industry experience with solid performance
- Excellent written, oral communication and facilitation skills
