تعلن شركة Müller's Solutions عن توفر وظيفة SAP Basis Consultant في مدينة الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

سيتولى هذا الدور إدارة وصيانة ودعم أنظمة SAP الخاصة بالعملاء، وضمان الأداء الأمثل والموثوقية لبيئة SAP. ستعمل ضمن فريق موهوب مكرس لتقديم خدمات SAP عالية الجودة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تثبيت وتهيئة وصيانة بيئات SAP، بما في ذلك أنظمة التطوير والاختبار والإنتاج.
  • مراقبة أداء النظام واستكشاف المشكلات وإصلاحها لضمان التوفر العالي والموثوقية لأنظمة SAP.
  • إجراء ترقيات النظام والتحديثات والتحسينات حسب الحاجة.
  • استخدام أدوات SAP لإدارة النقل وإدارة العملاء.
  • تنفيذ وإدارة خطط النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد لحماية بيانات العملاء.
  • التعاون مع الفرق الوظيفية لدعم عمليات تنفيذ النظام الجديد والترحيل.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق شامل لتكوينات النظام والإجراءات والتغييرات.
  • المشاركة في نوبات الدعم المناوب للتعامل مع المشكلات العاجلة عند ظهورها.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في إدارة SAP Basis.
  • فهم قوي لتركيبات SAP وتكويناتها ومراقبة النظام.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة إدارة قواعد البيانات مثل Oracle أو SQL Server أو SAP HANA.
  • خبرة في أنظمة التشغيل مثل Linux وWindows فيما يتعلق ببيئات SAP.
  • مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل لاستكشاف المشكلات المعقدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق، وكذلك بشكل مستقل عند الحاجة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة للتفاعل بفعالية مع العملاء وأعضاء الفريق.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادات SAP (مثل SAP Certified Technology Associate) ولكنها ليست إلزامية.
  • الاستعداد للتعلم والتكيف مع تقنيات SAP الجديدة وأفضل الممارسات.

Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. This role will involve the administration, maintenance, and support of our clients' SAP systems, ensuring optimum performance and reliability of the SAP landscape. You will be part of a talented team dedicated to providing high-quality SAP services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP environments, including development, test, and production systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of SAP systems
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary
  • Utilize SAP tools for transport management and client administration
  • Implement and manage system backups and recovery plans to safeguard client data
  • Collaborate with functional teams to support new system implementations and migrations
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes
  • Participate in on-call support rotations to address urgent system issues as they arise

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Strong understanding of SAP installations, configurations, and system monitoring
  • Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or SAP HANA
  • Experience with operating systems like Linux and Windows as they relate to SAP environments
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently when needed
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies and best practices
