تقدم شركة Müller's Solutions فرصة عمل لمهندس شبكات متخصص في F5 L2 (Application Delivery) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية (للسعوديين فقط).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم ونشر وإدارة موازنات الأحمال من F5 (LTM، ASM، APM) لتسهيل تسليم التطبيقات وإدارة حركة المرور بكفاءة.
  • مراقبة أداء التطبيقات وتحليل أنماط حركة المرور لتحسين استراتيجيات موازنة الأحمال وتعزيز تجربة المستخدم.
  • استكشاف وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بتسليم التطبيقات مع ضمان أقل تأثير على توفر الخدمة.
  • التعاون مع فرق التطوير والتشغيل لتكوين ودعم خدمات تسليم التطبيقات ودمجها مع البنية التحتية الحالية.
  • تنفيذ إجراءات أمنية مثل ميزات جدار حماية تطبيقات الويب (WAF) لحماية التطبيقات من التهديدات السيبرانية.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق محدّث لتكوينات F5 والعمليات وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء.
  • مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في مجال تسليم التطبيقات وتقنيات F5 لتحسين الحلول باستمرار.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة سنتين أو أكثر في هندسة الشبكات مع التركيز على تسليم التطبيقات وتقنيات F5.
  • معرفة قوية بمنتجات F5 بما في ذلك تكوين وإدارة LTM، APM، وASM.
  • خبرة في بروتوكولات وتقنيات الشبكات (TCP/IP، HTTP/HTTPS، DNS، وSSL).
  • القدرة على استكشاف مشاكل تسليم التطبيقات المعقدة بفعالية وكفاءة.
  • معرفة بلغات البرمجة النصية (مثل Tcl، Python) لأتمتة وتخصيص تكوينات F5 (ميزة إضافية).
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة لتحديد وحل مشاكل الأداء.
  • مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية للعمل بفعالية مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • الشهادات ذات الصلة مثل F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) أو ما يعادلها (مفضلة).

As a Network Engineer specializing in F5 L2 (Application Delivery) at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our application delivery infrastructure using F5 technologies. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining F5 load balancers and associated services to ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications across the network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage F5 load balancers (LTM, ASM, APM) to facilitate efficient application delivery and traffic management
  • Monitor application performance and analyze traffic patterns to optimize load balancing strategies and enhance user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application delivery, ensuring minimal impact on service availability
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to configure and support application delivery services and integrate them with existing infrastructure
  • Implement security measures, such as Web Application Firewall (WAF) features, to protect applications from cyber threats
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for F5 configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application delivery and F5 technologies to continuously improve solutions

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on application delivery and F5 technologies
  • Strong knowledge of F5 products, including LTM, APM, and ASM configuration and management
  • Experience with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and SSL)
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex application delivery issues effectively and efficiently
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Tcl, Python) for automation and customization of F5 configurations is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve performance issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or similar credentials
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and network performance analysis tools
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application delivery solutions
  • Knowledge of security best practices related to application delivery
  • Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment is a plus
