تعلن شركة Müller's Solutions عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مراقبة منشآت (SEC Facility Monitoring Engineer) مخصصة للسعوديين فقط، في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام. يتولى المهندس مسؤولية المراقبة الفورية لجميع منشآت الشركة السعودية للكهرباء (المقر الرئيسي والمكاتب الإقليمية) على مدار الساعة لضمان بيئة آمنة ومأمونة وفعالة، ويعمل كنقطة قيادة مركزية لرصد أنظمة الأمن المادي والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة إدارة المباني.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة عمليات المنشآت باستخدام أدوات مراقبة متطورة لضمان التوفر العالي والأداء الجيد
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتقييم دورية للمنشآت لتحديد واستكشاف المشكلات
- تنفيذ وإدارة أنظمة مراقبة المنشآت، بما في ذلك أجهزة الإنذار والتنبيهات، لضمان الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث
- التعاون مع فرق الصيانة لمعالجة أي مشكلات متعلقة بالمنشآت وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية
- إنشاء وتحليل تقارير حول أداء المنشآت وفترة التشغيل والاستجابة للحوادث
- الحفاظ على توثيق عمليات المراقبة والحوادث والحلول بما يتوافق مع متطلبات الامتثال وتحسين العمليات
- مواكبة أحدث التقنيات وأفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بمراقبة وإدارة المنشآت
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مراقبة المنشآت أو مجال ذي صلة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة المنشآت وأدوات المراقبة
- يفضل خبرة في عمليات مراكز البيانات ومراقبة البنية التحتية
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة
- مهارات اتصال وشخصية قوية للتعاون الفعال مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة مهام متعددة بفعالية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية

Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a SEC Facility Monitoring Engineer, exclusively for Saudi Nationals, to join our dynamic team. In this role. The SEC Facility Monitoring Engineer is a 24/7 role responsible for the real-time monitoring of all SEC corporate facilities (HQ, regional offices) to ensure a safe, secure, and operational environment. This role acts as the central command point, monitoring physical security, access control, and building management systems to immediately detect, assess, and respond to all security and safety incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor facility operations using advanced monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Implement and manage facility monitoring systems, including alarms and alerts, to ensure prompt response to incidents
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address any facility-related issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Generate and analyze reports on facility performance, uptime, and incident response
- Maintain documentation of monitoring processes, incidents, and resolutions for compliance and operational improvement
- Stay up-to-date with technologies and best practices related to facility monitoring and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility monitoring or a related field
- Strong knowledge of facility management systems and monitoring tools
- Experience with data center operations and infrastructure monitoring is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
