شركة Mace، المتخصصة في الاستشارات والإنشاءات، تبحث عن مدير تقديرات (سعودي الجنسية) للعمل في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مشروع ضخم عبارة عن مرفق متعدد الاستخدامات طويل الأجل ليكون مركزًا للرياضة والترفيه والفعاليات المجتمعية في قلب الرياض. تتبنى شركة Mace قيماً تركز على السلامة أولاً، والتركيز على العميل، والنزاهة، وخلق الفرص للموظفين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وقيادة فرق التقديرات وتقديم القيادة وإدارة الأداء والتدريب والتطوير الفني لضمان التميز في تسليم المشاريع والتحسين المستمر.
- إجراء مراجعات نظراء لتقديرات التكاليف لضمان الحوكمة القوية والدقة وإدارة المخاطر الفعالة.
- بناء والحفاظ على الشبكات الداخلية والخارجية لتعزيز قدرات التقديرات وجلب رؤى السوق للقسم.
- عرض تقديرات المشروع على أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين مع إظهار فهم شامل لنطاق المشروع والتكاليف والمخاطر والافتراضات.
- التأثير في مبادرات تطوير الأعمال الاستراتيجية ودعم تنفيذ استراتيجيات الفوز بالعقود.
- إدارة وتقديم بيانات المقارنة المرجعية لتعزيز عروض المناقصات ودعم اتخاذ القرارات المستنيرة.
- تقديم قيادة فكرية من خلال ذكاء السوق والمقارنة المرجعية وتحليل اتجاهات التسعير ومعرفة الأسعار السائدة في السوق.
- قيادة مبادرات تحسين الأداء المنهجية مع دعم أهداف الحياد الكربوني من خلال التحديد الاستباقي والإدارة وتقليل انبعاثات الكربون أثناء تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مجال التقدير الإنشائي والتخطيط للتكاليف للمشاريع الرأسمالية الكبرى، مع ما لا يقل عن 8-10 سنوات في أدوار قيادية تدير فرق تقدير متعددة التخصصات وإعداد عروض للعملاء والجهات المعنية.
- الجنسية السعودية (مطلوب).

The Project
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and manage estimating teams, providing leadership, performance management, coaching, and technical development to ensure excellence in project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Conduct peer reviews of cost estimates to ensure robust governance, accuracy, and effective risk management.
- Build and maintain internal and external networks to enhance estimating capabilities and bring market insights into the function.
- Present project estimates to key stakeholders, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of project scope, costs, risks, and assumptions.
- Influence strategic business development initiatives and support the execution of work-winning strategies.
- Manage and present benchmarking data to strengthen bid submissions and support informed decision-making.
- Provide thought leadership through market intelligence, benchmarking, pricing trends analysis, and knowledge of prevailing market rates.
- Lead systematic performance improvement initiatives while supporting net zero carbon objectives through proactive identification, management, and reduction of carbon emissions during project delivery.
- Minimum 20 years relevant experience in construction estimating and cost planning for major capital projects, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary estimating teams and preparing client / authority submissions.
