شركة iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) تبحث عن فني (QC Technician) في السعودية للقيام باختبارات غير إتلافية (NDT) وأنشطة تفتيش لضمان مطابقة المعدات الصناعية لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء اختبارات غير إتلافية (NDT) لضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
  • القيام بأنشطة التفتيش على المعدات الصناعية وفقًا للإجراءات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • التأكد من تنفيذ أنشطة التفتيش وفقًا لإجراءات السلامة الصناعية ومعايير التفتيش المعمول بها.
  • تحديد وتوثيق العيوب والانحرافات ونتائج التفتيش بدقة.
  • إعداد تقارير تفتيش مفصلة والحفاظ على سجلات ووثائق تفتيش دقيقة.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والتشغيلية لإبلاغ نتائج التفتيش وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية المطلوبة.
  • تحليل نتائج التفتيش ودعم الفرق الفنية في تقييم حالة المعدات.
  • تقديم توصيات وقائية بناءً على نتائج التفتيش لدعم موثوقية المعدات والتشغيل الآمن.
  • اتباع إجراءات مراقبة الجودة والتأكد من تنفيذ متطلبات التفتيش بشكل صحيح.
  • الحفاظ على الدقة والاحترافية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل أثناء العمل في بيئات صناعية متطلبة.
  • دعم التحسين المستمر في جودة التفتيش وإعداد التقارير وممارسات الامتثال.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من دبلوم في الاختبارات غير الإتلافية (NDT).
  • معرفة عملية بتقنيات وإجراءات التفتيش NDT.
  • فهم متطلبات التفتيش الصناعي ومراقبة الجودة والسلامة.
  • القدرة على إجراء التفتيش وفقًا للإجراءات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • القدرة على تحليل وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن نتائج التفتيش بدقة.
  • اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بالجودة.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنسيق جيدة.
  • القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة صناعية متطلبة.
  • الالتزام القوي بإجراءات السلامة الصناعية والمعايير المهنية.
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في أداء أنشطة NDT أو تفتيش الجودة في بيئة صناعية.
  • يفضل خبرة في تفتيش المعدات الصناعية ودعم فرق الصيانة أو التشغيل.
  • يفضل خبرة في بيئات الصناعات الثقيلة أو التصنيع أو الصلب أو ما شابه.
  • يفضل الإلمام بإعداد تقارير التفتيش وتحديد العيوب ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.

Short Description

Ready to grow your career as a QC Technician? You will play an important role in performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection activities to ensure industrial equipment meets required quality, safety, and inspection standards.

Function Description

As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out NDT and quality inspection activities on industrial equipment in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and applicable safety requirements.

  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections to ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct inspection activities on industrial equipment according to approved procedures and specifications.
  • Ensure inspection activities are performed in accordance with established industrial safety procedures and inspection standards.
  • Identify and document defects, abnormalities, and inspection findings accurately.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to communicate inspection findings and identify required corrective actions.
  • Analyze inspection results and support technical teams in evaluating equipment condition.
  • Provide preventive recommendations based on inspection findings to support equipment reliability and safe operation.
  • Follow applicable quality control procedures and ensure inspection requirements are properly implemented.
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in demanding industrial environments.
  • Support continuous improvement in inspection quality, reporting, and compliance practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
  • Practical knowledge of NDT inspection techniques and procedures.
  • Understanding of industrial inspection, quality control, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to conduct inspections in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.
  • Ability to accurately analyze, document, and report inspection findings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment.
  • Strong commitment to industrial safety procedures and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience performing NDT or QC inspection activities in an industrial environment.
  • Experience inspecting industrial equipment and supporting maintenance or operational teams.
  • Experience working in heavy industrial, manufacturing, steel, or similar plant environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with inspection reporting, defect identification, and corrective action follow-up is preferred.
