تعلن شركة iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) عن توفر وظيفة مصنّع (Fabricator) في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث سيكون لك دور محوري في تشكيل وتجميع الهياكل المعدنية عالية الجودة والمساهمة في نجاح المشاريع بدقة واحترافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • أداء أعمال وضع العلامات والقطع والتجليخ والتركيب وتجميع المكونات الفولاذية بناءً على الرسومات ومتطلبات الموقع.
  • قراءة وتفسير رسومات التصنيع والرسومات التخطيطية والمخططات الأساسية (isometric layouts).
  • تصنيع الدعامات الهيكلية والألواح والكتائف والأطر والقنوات والحراس ومواد الصيانة الأخرى.
  • دعم أنشطة الصيانة الدورية والوقائية والطارئة في جميع مناطق المصنع.
  • التنسيق مع عمال اللحام والمثبتين والمشرفين لإنجاز المهام بأمان وفي الوقت المحدد.
  • المحافظة على النظافة والترتيب واتباع جميع إجراءات السلامة في المصنع في جميع الأوقات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • القدرة على تحويل المخططات الفنية إلى منتجات واقعية عبر تفسير الرسومات بدقة.
  • مهارة في قطع وتشكيل وتجميع المواد المعدنية المختلفة.
  • إتقان معايير الجودة والسلامة الصارمة لضمان مطابقة كل قطعة للمواصفات.
  • استخدام العين الثاقبة للتفاصيل لإجراء فحوصات دقيقة.
  • المساهمة الفاعلة في بيئة عمل ورشة آمنة وفعالة.
  • الالتزام بثقافة الدقة والتحسين المستمر.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية.
  • إتقان أعمال القطع والتشكيل والتجميع المعدني.
  • الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة في العمل.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع الزملاء.
  • الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة المهنية.

Function Description

As a Fabricator, you'll be a vital part of our team, shaping the future of our projects with your skilled hands and keen eye for detail. Your work directly contributes to our success!

  • Perform marking, cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of steel components based on drawings and site requirements.
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and basic isometric layouts.
  • Fabricate structural supports, plates, brackets, frames, chutes, guards, and other maintenance items.
  • Support shutdown, preventive, and breakdown maintenance activities across plant areas.
  • Coordinate with welders, fitters, and supervisors to complete jobs safely and on time.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all plant safety procedures at all times.
