شركة iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) تبحث عن Planning & Cost Lead للعمل في مشروع صناعي كبير في الجبيل، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

كقائد للتخطيط ومراقبة التكاليف، ستتولى قيادة وظيفة خدمات المشروع والإشراف على أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة ومراقبة التكاليف والتنبؤ وإدارة المخاطر وإعداد تقارير المشروع طوال دورة حياة المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة أنشطة تخطيط المشروع وجدولته ومراقبة التكاليف.
  • تطوير وصيانة أنظمة وإجراءات وأطر إعداد التقارير لضوابط المشروع.
  • مراقبة تقدم المشروع وأداء التكاليف والالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
  • إعداد تقارير المشروع الأسبوعية والشهرية والإدارية.
  • إدارة التنبؤ بالمشروع والمقارنة المرجعية وتحليل الاتجاهات.
  • إجراء تحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتكاليف ودعم تخطيط الطوارئ.
  • التنسيق مع المالية بشأن التدفق النقدي والميزانية وأنشطة إعداد تقارير التكاليف.
  • إدارة ضبط التغيير في المشروع وعمليات إدارة التغيير.
  • مراجعة واعتماد جداول المقاولين وتحديثات التقدم وتقديرات التكاليف.
  • دعم مراجعات ضمان المشروع ومتطلبات بوابات القرار.
  • قيادة واجهات ضوابط المشروع مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة.
  • تطوير خطط التعافي والإجراءات التصحيحية للانحرافات في الجدول الزمني والتكاليف.
  • دعم أنشطة إغلاق المشروع وتوثيق الدروس المستفادة.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه لفريق خدمات المشروع.
  • تعزيز القيادة القوية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال لحوكمة المشروع.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة مطلوبة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في التخطيط والجدولة أو مراقبة التكاليف أو ضوابط المشروع.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • شهادة PMP أو APM أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
  • خبرة متقدمة في Primavera P6 ضرورية.
  • خبرة قوية في تقدير التكاليف ومراقبة التكاليف والتنبؤ وإعداد تقارير المشروع.
  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أنشطة التخطيط لمشاريع رأسمالية كبرى أو مشاريع EPC.
  • معرفة قوية بمراحل FEED والتصميم التفصيلي والمشتريات والبناء والتشغيل والبدء.
  • خبرة في تحليل المسار الحرج وتحليل الاتجاهات وتخطيط التعافي وتحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني (SRA).
  • مهارات قيادية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ومهارات التنسيق مع المقاولين.
  • خبرة في مشاريع معالجة المعادن أو التكرير أو البتروكيماويات أو المشاريع الصناعية مفضلة.
  • خبرة المشاريع الدولية ميزة إضافية.
  • التوفر الفوري مفضل.

Short Description

Ready to grow your career as a Planning & Cost Control Lead? Join a major industrial development project in Jubail and play a key leadership role in managing project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, and project reporting.

Function Description

As a Planning & Cost Control Lead, you will lead the Project Services function and oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and project reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
  • Develop and maintain project control systems, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Monitor project progress, cost performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and management project reports.
  • Manage project forecasting, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Perform schedule and cost risk analysis and support contingency planning.
  • Coordinate with Finance on cash flow, budgeting, and cost reporting activities.
  • Manage project change control and management of change processes.
  • Review and approve contractor schedules, progress updates, and cost estimates.
  • Support project assurance reviews and decision gate requirements.
  • Lead project controls interfaces with contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Develop recovery plans and corrective actions for schedule and cost deviations.
  • Support project closeout reporting and lessons learned activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Services team.
  • Promote strong HSE leadership and project governance compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, or Project Controls.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the Middle East region, preferably in KSA.
  • PMP, APM, or equivalent professional certification is required.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 expertise is essential.
  • Strong experience in cost estimation, cost control, forecasting, and project reporting.
  • Proven experience managing planning activities for major capital or EPC projects.
  • Strong knowledge of FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup phases.
  • Experience in Critical Path Analysis, Trend Analysis, Recovery Planning, and Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and contractor coordination skills.
  • Experience within metal processing, refining, petrochemical, or industrial projects is preferred.
  • International project experience is an advantage.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
