iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) تبحث عن عمال لحام (Welder) للانضمام إلى قائمتها الاحتياطية للمشاريع القادمة في المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه ليست وظيفة محددة بل حملة للتواصل مع المحترفين المؤهلين المستعدين للانتقال عند توفر فرص مناسبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء أنشطة اللحام باستخدام الإجراءات والتقنيات المعتمدة.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات وتعليمات العمل.
- تجهيز المواد والمعدات ومناطق العمل قبل عمليات اللحام.
- فحص اللحامات للتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات المشروع.
- إجراء أعمال اللحام الإصلاحية والصيانة عند الحاجة.
- اتباع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والمشاركة في اجتماعات السلامة.
- صيانة معدات اللحام وضمان الاستخدام السليم للأدوات والمواد.
- التعاون مع المشرفين والمفتشين وأعضاء الفريق لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة مثبتة كعامل لحام في البيئات البحرية، أحواض السفن، البناء، الطاقة، أو المجالات الصناعية.
- شهادات لحام سارية المفعول (مثل MIG، MAG، TIG، FCAW، SMAW أو ما يعادلها).
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات.
- التزام قوي بالجودة والسلامة والإتقان.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات والدولية (ميزة إضافية).
- شهادات بحرية سارية المفعول وشهادة طبية.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة والقدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل ضمن فريق.
- المرونة والاستعداد للعمل في مهام تناوبية ومشاريع دولية.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Performing welding activities using approved welding procedures and techniques
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Preparing materials, equipment, and work areas before welding operations
- Inspecting welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements
- Carrying out repair and maintenance welding when required
- Following HSE procedures and participating in toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring proper use of tools and materials
- Collaborating with supervisors, inspectors, and team members to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in offshore, shipyard, construction, energy, or industrial environments
- Valid welding certifications (e.g., MIG, MAG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW, or equivalent)
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and workmanship
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments is an advantage
- Valid offshore certificates and medical certificate
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexibility and willingness to work on rotational assignments and international projects
