شركة alfanar، إحدى الشركات السعودية الرائدة في تصنيع المنتجات الكهربائية وتقديم حلول الطاقة، تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس ضبط جودة كهرباء (QA/QC ELECTRICAL) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتشكيل فريق لضمان فعالية العمل.
  • تقديم القيادة والتوجيه والتدريب للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام المناسبة لكل مرؤوس.
  • ضمان التوزيع العادل للمهام للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية وتحفيز المرؤوسين.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخطط لها لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية للتسليم.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن التكلفة والوقت المناسبين.
  • تقديم تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة تطرأ ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة، بما في ذلك المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة بشكل جيد، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق نشاط العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 سنوات.

Job description:

Job Purpose Key Accountability Areas Management Accountability
  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
