شركة Sheraton Hotels & Resorts تعلن عن وظيفة فني دهان (Technician-Painter) في المدينة المنورة، السعودية، بدوام كامل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
وظيفة فني دهان مسؤول عن تطبيق الدهانات والتشطيبات على الجدران والأسقف والأثاث في الفندق، بالإضافة إلى مهام الصيانة الأخرى وفق معايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطبيق الدهان والمواد اللاصقة والتشطيبات الأخرى على الجدران والأسقف والأثاث باستخدام الفرش أو مسدس الرش أو البكرات.
- تطبيق البرايمر أو المواد المانعة للتسرب لتجهيز الأسطح الجديدة للدهان النهائي.
- إزالة الدهانات القديمة بواسطة التجريد أو الصنفرة أو الفرش السلكية أو الحرق أو استخدام الماء أو السفع الكاشط.
- تغطية الأسطح بالمواد المناسبة للحماية أثناء الدهان ووضع لافتات التحذير.
- تنظيف وتخزين الدهان والأدوات والمعدات في الأماكن المخصصة.
- التنسيق مع المورد لتعديل ألوان الدهان أو الصبغ أو الورنيش.
- اتباع جميع سياسات الشركة والسلامة والأمن؛ الإبلاغ عن مشاكل الصيانة أو المخاطر أو الحوادث.
- إكمال تدريبات السلامة والشهادات المطلوبة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المظهر الشخصي والزي الرسمي، والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الخاصة، وحماية أصول الشركة.
- الترحيب بالضيوف والتعامل معهم وفق معايير الشركة، وتوقع احتياجاتهم، ومساعدة ذوي الإعاقة، وشكرهم بصدق.
- التحدث بوضوح واحترافية، ودعم الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة والتوقعات المطلوبة.
- الوصول للأماكن المرتفعة والمنخفضة بما في ذلك الانحناء واللف والسحب والانحناء لأعلى ولأسفل، وصعود السلالم.
- الإمساك بالأشياء وتحريكها بأحجام وأوزان مختلفة، ورفع وحمل ودفع وسحب ووضع أشياء يصل وزنها إلى 50 رطلاً دون مساعدة.
- الوقوف أو الجلوس أو المشي لفترات طويلة، وأداء مهام أخرى معقولة يكلف بها من المشرفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة تقنية أو مهنية (مدرسة تجارية أو مهنية) في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال ذي صلة.
- لا يشترط خبرة إشرافية.
- لا يشترط رخصة أو شهادة مهنية محددة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان استخدام فرش الدهان ومسدس الرش والبكرات والأدوات اليدوية.
- القدرة على تحضير الأسطح وإزالة الدهانات القديمة وتطبيق التشطيبات.
- مهارات تنظيف وصيانة معدات وأدوات الدهان.
- القدرة على العمل البدني الشاق (الانحناء، الصعود، رفع أوزان حتى 50 رطلاً، الوقوف لفترات طويلة).
- مهارات تواصل واضحة واحترافية مع الضيوف والزملاء.
- القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتعاون لتحقيق الأهداف.
- الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والأمن والجودة.
- المحافظة على المظهر المهني والسرية وحماية أصول الشركة.
- القدرة على مساعدة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والتعامل مع جميع الضيوف باحترام.

Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting. Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs. Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. Coordinate with vendor in order to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move up and down a ladder. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
