شركة KBR, Inc. تعلن عن وظيفة Mechanical Engineer (Static) في رابغ، مكة المكرمة، ضمن فريق حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة (STS).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ جميع مهام الصيانة المسندة للمقاول المتعلقة بالمعدات الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس في مصنع البتروكيماويات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة في نظام إدارة الصيانة (CMMS) بخصوص تنفيذ الصيانة.
- تقديم الدعم اللازم لمشرف التخطيط والجدولة.
- دعم قسم الموثوقية في الشركة لتحليل الأداء الضعيف (bad actor analysis).
- إعداد تقرير أسبوعي ومناقشته في اجتماع الصيانة.
- مراجعة وتعزيز معرفة الموظفين من خلال تدريب خاص بالوظيفة بالتنسيق مع رئيس الموارد البشرية.
- الالتزام بمتابعة جميع متطلبات السلامة أثناء مرحلة تنفيذ العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - شهادة ثانوية عامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 أعوام في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - دبلوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 أعوام في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - درجة البكالوريوس.
- معرفة جيدة بمعدات التكرير، قيادة عقود الصيانة، معرفة جيدة بقواعد السلامة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- منظم وسبّاق مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- تفكير استراتيجي ومنفتح على الأفكار الجديدة.
- القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Responsibilities
- Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
- Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution.
- Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.
- Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
- Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.
- Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR.
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Bachelor Degree
- Good knowledge of the equipment’s of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
