تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة مخطط (Planner) في مدينة الجبيل بالمنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق حلول التكنولوجيا المستدامة لتطوير خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية والتنبؤية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد خطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية الأسبوعية والشهرية وجميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
- ضمان تخطيط الموارد وتوفيرها بشكل مناسب لتنفيذ وإكمال خطط وأنشطة الصيانة المخطط لها حسب الجدول الزمني.
- تحليل وتسجيل القضايا التشغيلية والصيانة الحرجة المتعلقة بتوفر معدات ومحطات ومرافق (SATORP).
- التنسيق والمشاركة في اجتماعات وتحليلات مختلفة مع الإدارات الأخرى لتطوير جداول وخطط الصيانة وتقديم المدخلات والتوصيات الفنية حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع قسم (CET) لتقييم التقدم مقابل الخطة وإجراء دراسات فنية لتحديد وتوصية بالممارسات الجديدة لتطوير أنشطة التخطيط والتنفيذ.
- التنسيق مع جميع الجهات المعنية لضمان توفر وجاهزية طاقم الصيانة والمواد وقطع الغيار والأدوات والمعدات لأداء المهمة.
- إعداد والحفاظ على التقارير الإحصائية والفنية للصيانة المتعلقة بأنشطة الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية في (SATORP).
- استخدام نظام SAP وبرامج الكمبيوتر لضمان التنفيذ الفعال لخطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية.
- المساعدة في إعداد وتطوير وقياس مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للمقاولين.
- الاحتفاظ بجميع السجلات التاريخية وقاعدة بيانات خطط الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية والحفاظ عليها.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع قواعد الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- تشجيع الإبلاغ عن الأعمال والظروف غير الآمنة.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات السلامة والصحة والبيئة قبل وأثناء العمل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز - للمؤهل الثانوي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في صيانة النفط والغاز - للدبلوم.
- فهم تقني قوي لأعمال الصيانة.
- منظم واستباقي مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة في المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- مهارات إدارة استراتيجية.

Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
- Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic management skills
