تقدم شركة KBR, Inc. فرصة عمل في الرياض، السعودية، لوظيفة مدير التقارير (Reporting Manager) ضمن برنامج بنية تحتية رئيسي لمشروع تطوير متعدد الاستخدامات يهدف إلى أن يكون معلماً عالمياً ووجهة متميزة في الرياض. يتولى مدير التقارير، تحت إشراف مدير مراقبة المشاريع، مسؤولية جميع جوانب إعداد التقارير للتطوير.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق مع شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMCs) لتجميع البيانات التحليلية لتقارير أداء التطوير من حيث نجاح التخطيط والتجاري لإنتاج تقارير تنفيذية.
- التنسيق مع موظفي التجارة والتخطيط لإعداد التقارير الفنية.
- تطبيق أنظمة معلومات إدارة المشاريع (PMIS) لتجميع وتفسير البيانات التحليلية بكفاءة.
- التحقق من دقة وملاءمة البيانات الواردة من شركات إدارة المشاريع.
- دعم تحسين أدوات إعداد التقارير بما يتوافق مع أهداف التحول الرقمي.
- المساعدة في تطوير نظام ترجيح يدعم تجميع قياس التقدم على مستوى المشروع والمنطقة والبرنامج للحفاظ على سجل تغييرات محدّث في P6/EPS.
- التحقق من شمول نطاق البرنامج بأكمله والحزم على مستوى الموقع في نظام إدارة الجدول الزمني المتكامل (IMS) مع الاتصال باتجاهين.
- إعداد تقارير عن الواجهات والتبعيات والمسارات الحرجة بين المشاريع.
- دعم تحليل السيناريوهات وخيارات التسلسل ومدخلات التخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- المساعدة في إنتاج وثائق حزمة خط الأساس لنظام IMS، بما في ذلك السرد البرامجي، أساس الجدول الزمني، توزيع الوزن، تفصيل تحميل التكاليف، تحميل الموارد وتسوية الموارد، الرموز، الواجهات الرئيسية والقيود اللوجستية، الافتراضات والاستثناءات.

- إعداد تقارير عن الجدول الزمني الرئيسي للتطوير (DMS) على المستوى الكلي والمحفظة الذي يجمع وينسق المدخلات والأنشطة والمعالم من أصحاب المصلحة المتعددين.
- إعداد تقارير عن أنشطة DMS بما في ذلك الموافقات على موجزات التطوير وخطط العمل التجارية، تواريخ الاستحواذ على الأراضي والإفراج عنها، أنشطة التسويق وأحداث الإطلاق، تجهيز المستأجرين وأنشطة المعارض، استراتيجيات وأحداث المبيعات، الميزانية، ومعلومات التكاليف.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة البرنامج الشهرية.
- مراجعة تحديثات التقدم المقدمة من PMCs من حيث الدقة والاتساق والإثبات.

- دعم الإدارة الاستباقية للتوقعات وجداول التعافي من خلال مراجعة والتحقق من توقعات PMCs وتواريخ الإنجاز المتوقعة.
- تقييم مصداقية خطط التخفيف والتعافي للمشاريع المتأخرة.
- إعداد تقارير عن جداول التعافي وخيارات التسريع.
- تقييم ورفع مخاطر الجدول الزمني والفرص بالتنسيق مع وظائف إدارة المخاطر.
- دعم نضج البرنامج طويل المدى من خلال توثيق الدروس المستفادة وأفضل الممارسات في التخطيط والجدولة، ودعم التدريب والتوجيه والإرشاد لـ PMCs والفرق الداخلية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 12 عاماً بعد التخرج.
- شهادة PMI-PMP أو GRI Professional أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في آليات التعاقد الدولية بما في ذلك FIDIC.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات التخطيط وتحميل الموارد والتكاليف وإدارة المخاطر.
- القدرة على مراقبة وتحليل التقدم بفعالية وتحديد الاتجاهات والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.

Reporting Manager

The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise - level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs.
THE ROLE
Reporting the Project Controls Director, the Reporting Manager is responsible for all aspects of reporting for the Development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with PMCs to compile analytical data for the reporting of Development performance in terms of planning and commercial success for production of executive reports.
- Coordinating with commercial and planning personnel for the preparation of technical reports.
- Application of project management information systems (PMIS) for efficient compiling and interpretation of analytical data.
- Validating the accuracy and relevance of data received from PMCs
- Supporting enhancements to reporting tools consistent with digital transformation objectives.
- Assisting with the development of weightage system that supports progress measurement rollup for project, District, and programme level reporting to maintain an updated P6/EPS change log.
- Verifying the entire programme scope and sitewide packages are included within the IMS with communication upstream and downstream.
- Reporting upon inter-project interfaces, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Supporting scenario analysis, sequencing options, and strategic planning inputs.
- Assist with the production of the IMS Baseline Package documents, including programme narrative, basis of schedule, weightage distribution, cost loading breakdown, resource loading and resource levelling, codes, key interfaces and logistic constraints, assumptions and exclusions.
- Produce reports for update of the IMS including the Baseline BoD completion dates tracker, cash flow calculation and guidelines, resource calculation and guidelines, baseline Change Control Tracker, baseline records and version history, IMS Interface Tracker, programme level key issues, delay analysis, schedule alerts, and mitigation measures tracker.
- Report upon the IMS schedule from initiation to closeout, including any related activities for design approvals, statutory approvals, Infrastructure related works, procurement activities, tenant fit-out and exhibitions duration.
- Assist with the production of a monthly updated IMS pack reflecting the approved monthly progress cut-off date and reporting calendar, including consolidated portfolio / programme-level IMS, Schedule Performance Analysis Report, Baseline and Change Impact Statement, Forecast and Mitigation Status Report, Interfaces and Dependency Log, updated KPIs report, updated IMS cashflow critical path(s) and near-critical path analysis, float consumption and trend analysis, schedule alert monitoring and reporting, updated resource profile Schedule Change Log, and version-controlled IMS tracker with clear revision history.
- Report upon the percent complete at the district, programme and portfolio levels based on the agreed weightage system.
- Report upon the overall, portfolio level integrated ‘Development Master Schedule’ (DMS) that combines and aligns inputs, activities, and milestones from multiple stakeholders.
- Report upon DMS activities including Development Briefs and Feasibility Business Plan approvals, land acquisition and release dates, marketing activities and launch events, tenant fit-outs and exhibitions activities, sales strategies and events, budgeting, and cost information.
- Participating in monthly Programme Review meetings.
- Review PMC progress updates for accuracy, consistency, and substantiation.
- Validating reported progress against approved schedules and supporting evidence.
- Identifying delays, risks, and emerging issues impacting schedule performance.
- Supporting internal and external audits related to schedule and commercial management.
- Support proactive forecast and recovery schedule management by reviewing and validating PMC forecasts and projected completion dates.
- Assessing the credibility of mitigation and recovery plans for delayed projects.
- Reporting upon recovery schedules and acceleration options.
- Evaluating and escalating schedule risks and opportunities in coordination with risk management functions.
- Support long-term programme maturity by capturing lessons learned and best practices in planning and scheduling, and supporting training, guidance, and mentoring for PMCs and internal teams.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 12 years total post-graduation experience
- PMI-PMP, GRI Professional, or equivalent
- Experienced user of MS Office and understanding of project management software
- Experience in international contracting mechanisms, including FIDIC
- Strong knowledge of planning, resource and cost loading, and risk management techniques.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Fluent in English language both written and spoken
