نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتبع PMO Digital Lead مدير مراقبة المشاريع (Project Controls Director) ويكون مسؤولاً عن التحول الرقمي مع الحوكمة والتسليم المبني على البيانات لمكتب إدارة المشاريع (PMO) مع الإشراف على شركات إدارة المشاريع (PMCs). يقوم PMO Digital Lead بتنفيذ تكامل الأدوات الرقمية والتحليلات وأفضل الممارسات في PMO لدعم مراقبة الأداء والإبلاغ عنه من حيث الجودة والجدول الزمني والتكلفة والسلامة مع إدارة مخاطر قوية. كما أنه مسؤول عن تكامل الأنظمة والأدوات الرقمية لتوفير مصدر واحد للحقيقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ إطار عمل رقمي لـ PMO وفقاً لاستراتيجية رقمية محددة.
- قيادة مبادرات التحول الرقمي عبر مراقبة المشاريع، والشؤون التجارية، وإعداد التقارير والحوكمة.
- المبادرة بتطوير وتعزيز وصيانة المنصات الرقمية بما في ذلك لوحات البيانات (Dashboards)، وتكامل نمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM)، وأدوات التحليل البياني.
- إنشاء كفاءات من خلال التحليل المبني على البيانات مما يتيح اتخاذ قرارات تنبؤية مرتبطة بعوامل النجاح الرئيسية للتسليم من حيث الجودة والجدول الزمني والتكلفة والسلامة.
- تنفيذ وإدارة أطر التكامل الرقمي الشاملة للمشروع لتمكين التدفق المستمر للبيانات واتخاذ القرارات الفعالة وتحسين الأداء.
- تطوير أدوات رقمية لاستحواذ سريع على البيانات لإعداد تقارير رقمية عن تقدم التصميم والبناء مع ضمان جودة البيانات المستلمة.
- تمكين مراقبة المشاريع الموحدة من خلال منصة متكاملة تضم التخطيط والجدولة، وإدارة التكاليف والتنبؤ، وإدارة المخاطر، والتحكم في التغيير، والتحكم في الوثائق.
- تنفيذ تحليلات متقدمة لتحليل الاتجاهات والتنبؤ، وتخطيط تخفيف المخاطر، واستخدام نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين الأداء.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو هندسة الحاسوب.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة المشاريع أو التحول الرقمي أو ما شابه ذلك.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً بعد التخرج.
- معرفة سليمة بجميع الجوانب الهندسية والتجارية للمشاريع المدنية والبنية التحتية والتطوير الكبرى.
- القدرة على مراقبة وتحليل التقدم بشكل فعال، وتحديد الاتجاهات، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital PMO framework in accordance with a defined digital strategy.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, commercial, reporting and governance.
- Initiate development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms including dashboards, BIM integration and data analytical tools.
- Establish efficiencies through data driven analysis allowing predictive decisions linked to key success factors for delivery to quality, schedule, cost and safety.
- Implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks for the Development enabling continuous flow of data, effective decisions, and improved performance.
- Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition for digitalized reporting of design and construction progress with quality assurance of received data.
- Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform comprised of planning and scheduling, cost management and forecasting, risk management, change control, and document control.
- Implementation of advanced analytics for trend analysis and forecasting, risk prediction and mitigation planning, and utilization of AI models for performance optimization.
- Lead implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI-enabled project insights, and deploy innovative digital solutions to improve project efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.
- Build digital capability within PMO functions across projects.
- Conduct training programs on tools, dashboards, and digital workflows.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Transformation or similar.
- Minimum 15 years post-graduation experience.
- Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil, infrastructure, and development projects.
- Experienced in data and visualization, including Power BI, Tableau, and Excel advanced analytics.
- Experienced in digital platforms, including BIM tools and CDE systems.
- Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pert master and MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.
- Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
