شركة Trace Systems Inc. تبحث عن قائد مهندس الصوت (Voice Engineer Lead) لدعم عقد USMTM CITS في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى قائد مهندس الصوت تركيب وتوفير وإدارة ومراقبة وصيانة واختبار واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح خدمات الصوت عبر بروتوكول الإنترنت (VoIP) والخدمات التناظرية وخدمات المسافات الطويلة لدعم العمليات اليومية والطارئة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة Cisco Unified Communications Manager أو منصات الاتصالات الهاتفية المؤسسية المعتمدة من الحكومة.
  • تكوين خطط الاتصال والتقسيمات ومساحات البحث عن المكالمات وأنماط التوجيه والترجمة ومجموعات الصيد وسياسات توجيه المكالمات وخطط الترقيم.
  • تركيب وتكوين واستكشاف أخطاء هواتف IP والبوابات والمهايئات التناظرية وموارد الوسائط والبريد الصوتي والأجهزة ذات الصلة.
  • صيانة البرامج والبرامج الثابتة والتصحيحات الأمنية ونسخ الاحتياط للتكوين وسجلات الاستعادة المعتمدة.
  • دعم الخطوط التناظرية وواجهات إطار التوزيع الرئيسي وخدمات VoIP للمسافات الطويلة وخدمات المكالمات المعتمدة للرفاهية والمعنويات.
  • مراقبة معالجة المكالمات والتسجيلات والجذوع (Trunks) والبوابات والإنذارات وحالة الخدمة وتوفرها.
  • استكشاف أخطاء زمن الاستجابة والارتعاش (Jitter) وفقدان الحزم والصدى وبرامج الترميز (Codecs) والتسجيل والإشارات والتوجيه وجودة الصوت.
  • التنسيق مع مسؤولي الشبكات بشأن جودة الخدمة (QoS) ودعم بروتوكولات مثل SIP و H.323 و MGCP و SCCP.
  • التنسيق مع DISA و USARCENT و CENTCOM و NETCOM وشركات النقل التجارية ومقدمي الخدمات والقيادة العليا.
  • دعم تركيب الدوائر والمعدات وتخطيط النطاق الترددي والنقل البديل وتوسعة البنية التحتية ونقل المكاتب وتحديث التقنيات.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام OSP/ISP والأنظمة وفيديو المؤتمرات (VTC) وأجهزة سطح المكتب والأمن السيبراني بشأن مشكلات الطبقة المادية والمشكلات متعددة التخصصات.
  • صيانة خطط الاتصال والمخططات وقوائم الجرد وسجلات الدوائر والتكوينات وتعليمات المستخدم وإجراءات الاستعادة.
  • دعم STIGs ومعالجة الثغرات وتسجيل الدخول والتصحيح والاستمرارية وتبديل التعطل والاستعادة من الكوارث والاتصالات البديلة.
  • الاستجابة للانقطاعات الحرجة في المهمة والمشاركة في مجلس تغيير التكوين (CCB) ونوافذ الصيانة وانقطاع الخدمة المصرح به والاستدعاء الطارئ والدعم عند الطلب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تصريح أمني ساري من الحكومة الأمريكية بدرجة Secret.
  • نظراً لطبيعة العمل ومتطلبات العقد، الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة.
  • يجب استيفاء متطلبات DoD 8140 السارية لدور العمل المحدد (مشرف نظام، مستوى متوسط) من خلال التعليم أو التدريب العسكري أو الشهادات أو مزيج منها.
  • الشهادات المؤهلة وفق معيار 8140 تشمل Security+ أو Cloud+ أو SSCP أو GSEC أو GICSP أو غيرها من الشهادات المعتمدة من DoD 8140.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات متصاعدة في مجال الصوت المؤسسي أو الاتصالات الموحدة.
  • خبرة عملية في إدارة Cisco Unified Communications Manager أو منصة اتصالات مؤسسية مماثلة.
  • خبرة في توجيه مكالمات VoIP وخطط الاتصال والبوابات ونقاط النهاية والواجهات التناظرية واستكشاف الأخطاء.
  • معرفة عملية بشبكات TCP/IP وجودة الخدمة (QoS) وبروتوكولات الصوت وتوثيق الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية.
  • خبرة في صيانة الوثائق الفنية التفصيلية ووثائق الاستعادة والاستمرارية.
  • القدرة على الانتقال إلى الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادة CCNA أو شهادة تعاون من Cisco مثل CCNP Collaboration (يفضل).
  • خبرة في دعم بيئات الصوت المصنفة لدى وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية أو الجيش أو CENTCOM أو USARCENT أو NETCOM أو DISA.
  • خبرة مع CUCM و Unity Connection والبوابات و SIP Trunks والمكالمات الطارئة و QoS والهاتف التناظري و MDF/IDF ودوائر الناقل.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ STIGs والتصحيح وضوابط RMF.
  • خبرة سابقة في الخارج أو في عمليات الطوارئ أو الاتصالات العسكرية.

Job Title: Voice Engineer Lead

Job Location: Al Nakhla, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Voice Engineer Lead to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Voice Engineer Lead installs, provisions, administers, monitors, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and sustains enterprise VoIP, analog, and long-haul voice services supporting daily and contingency operations.

  • Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager or other Government-approved enterprise telephony platforms.
  • Configure dial plans, partitions, calling search spaces, route and translation patterns, hunt groups, call-routing policies, and numbering plans.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IP phones, gateways, analog adapters, media resources, voicemail, and related hardware.
  • Maintain approved software, firmware, security patches, configuration backups, and restoration records.
  • Support analog lines, main distribution frame interfaces, long-haul VoIP, and approved morale-and-welfare calling services.
  • Monitor call processing, registrations, trunks, gateways, alarms, health, and service availability.
  • Troubleshoot latency, jitter, packet loss, echo, codecs, registration, signaling, routing, and voice-quality issues.
  • Coordinate with Network Administrators on Quality of Service and support SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, or other approved protocols.
  • Coordinate with DISA, USARCENT, CENTCOM, NETCOM, commercial carriers, service providers, and higher headquarters.
  • Support circuit and equipment installation, bandwidth planning, alternate transport, infrastructure expansion, office moves, and technology refreshes.
  • Coordinate with OSP/ISP, Systems, VTC, Desktop, and Cybersecurity personnel on physical-layer and cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain dial plans, diagrams, inventories, circuit records, configurations, user instructions, and restoration procedures.
  • Support STIGs, vulnerability remediation, logging, patching, continuity, failover, disaster recovery, and alternate communications.
  • Respond to mission-critical outages and participate in CCB, maintenance windows, Authorized Service Interruptions, emergency recall, and on-call support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements: US Citizenship is required.
  • Candidates must meet the applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements for the assigned work role. DoD 8140 Work Role(s): 451 - System Administrator, Proficiency Level: Intermediate; and may qualify through education, military training, certifications, or a combination thereof.
  • Qualifying 8140 credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering or completion of relevant military communications or network training.
  • Qualifying 8140 certifications may include Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, or other DoD 8140-approved certifications. Higher proficiency-level or equivalent DoD 8140-approved certifications applicable to the assigned work role may also be accepted.
  • Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible enterprise voice or unified communications experience.
  • Hands-on experience administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager or a comparable enterprise telephony platform.
  • Experience with VoIP call routing, dial plans, gateways, endpoints, analog interfaces, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Quality of Service, voice protocols, and telecommunications documentation.
  • Experience maintaining detailed technical, restoration, and continuity documentation.
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Desired Qualification

  • CCNA certification; Cisco collaboration certification, including CCNP Collaboration, desired.
  • Experience supporting classified DoD, Army, CENTCOM, USARCENT, NETCOM, or DISA voice environments.
  • Experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, gateways, SIP trunks, emergency calling, QoS, analog telephony, MDF/IDF, and carrier circuits.
  • Experience implementing STIGs, patching, and RMF controls.
  • Prior overseas, contingency, or military telecommunications experience.
