تسعى شركة Trace Systems Inc. إلى توظيف فني كابلات وبنية تحتية (Cable and Plant Technician) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن عقد دعم البعثة العسكرية الأمريكية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يقوم فني دعم الشبكات بتركيب وصيانة واختبار وتوثيق وتفتيش واستعادة الكابلات المهيكلة، والألياف البصرية، والنحاس، وغرف الاتصالات، والرفوف، والمسارات، والبنية التحتية السلبية الأخرى لدعم خدمات البيانات والصوت والفيديو الآمنة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تركيب وانهاء واختبار واعتماد وصيانة وحل مشاكل كابلات الاتصالات النحاسية والألياف البصرية.
  • تركيب وصيانة الرفوف، لوحات التوصيل، لوحات توزيع الألياف، مديري الكابلات، أرفف السلالم، التأريض، المنافذ، والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
  • إجراء وصل الألياف بالدمج الميكانيكي والحراري، إنهاء الموصلات، التنظيف، الفحص، الاختبار، وعزل الأعطال.
  • استخدام محللات الكابلات، أجهزة OTDR، مقاييس الطاقة البصرية، أجهزة القياس المتعددة، معدات الوصل، وأدوات الاختبار القياسية الأخرى.
  • صيانة أنظمة توزيع الإشارات الحمراء والسوداء والتأكد من أن التركيبات تتوافق مع متطلبات الحكومة، ومعايير BICSI، ومعايير وضع العلامات، والمواصفات المعتمدة.
  • تفقد البنية التحتية، تصحيح التناقضات عند الإمكان، بدء أوامر العمل، والحفاظ على سجلات التفتيش والاستمرارية.
  • حل مشاكل الطبقة المادية التي تؤثر على خدمات الشبكة والصوت والفيديو والاتصالات المهمة.
  • التنسيق للأعمال الخارجية والمقاولين المحليين والتوسعات وإعادة التهيئة وأعمال البناء وجداول التركيب.
  • إنشاء وتحديث رسومات AutoCAD، والتعديلات الميدانية، وسجلات as-built، ورسومات الرفوف، وجداول الكابلات، وحصر الدوائر، والمسارات، ووثائق غرف الاتصالات.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الشبكة والصوت والفيديو والأنظمة والأمن السيبراني ومرافق الموقع وممثلي الحكومة أثناء التركيبات والإصلاحات.
  • دعم نقل المكاتب وتوسعة الشبكة وتحديث التقنية وتحديث البنية التحتية والمسوحات والتفتيش والتدقيق والتقييمات الفنية.
  • المحافظة على المسؤولية عن الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار والمواد والمعدات المقدمة من الحكومة والمواد الاستهلاكية.
  • الامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة والبلد المضيف والتحكم في الوصول والبيئة والفصل بين الأحمر والأسود والمنشآت الآمنة.
  • دعم الصيانة الوقائية وبلاغات الأعطال والإصلاحات الطارئة والاستجابة خارج ساعات العمل أو على مدار الساعة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تصريح أمني ساري وفعال من نوع Secret صادر عن الحكومة الأمريكية.
  • نظراً لطبيعة العمل ومتطلبات العقد: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مواطناً أمريكياً.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في الكابلات المهيكلة أو البنية التحتية للاتصالات أو مجال الكابلات.
  • خبرة عملية في تركيب وانهاء واختبار وحل مشاكل كابلات النحاس والألياف البصرية.
  • خبرة في استخدام أجهزة اعتماد الكابلات واختبار الألياف، وقراءة أو تحديث رسومات الاتصالات.
  • معرفة عملية بمعايير الكابلات المهيكلة والمساحات والرفوف والمسارات والتأريض ووضع العلامات ومراقبة الجودة.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتنسيق مع الفرق التقنية وموظفي المرافق والمقاولين.
  • مهارات قوية في التوثيق والسلامة والاتصال ومراقبة الجودة.
  • القدرة على الانتقال إلى الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • درجة الزمالة في الاتصالات أو الإلكترونيات أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو تكنولوجيا البناء أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يمكن أن يحل محل التدريب العسكري المعادل والخبرة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • شهادة BICSI Installer 2 Copper أو Installer 2 Optical Fiber أو Technician أو RCDD.
  • خبرة في AutoCAD والرسومات as-built والمنشآت الآمنة والفصل بين الأحمر والأسود والتنسيق مع الأعمال الخارجية.
  • خبرة في دعم البنية التحتية للاتصالات الفيدرالية لوزارة الدفاع أو الجيش أو CENTCOM أو USARCENT.
  • تدريب OSHA 30 أو تدريب مماثل في السلامة الإنشائية.

Job Overview

Job Title: Cable and Plant Technician

Job Location: Al Nakhla, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is seeking an experienced Cable and Plant Technician to support the USMTM CITS contract in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Network Support Technician installs, maintains, tests, documents, inspects, and restores structured cabling, fiber optic, copper, telecommunications rooms, racks, pathways, and other passive communications infrastructure supporting secure data, voice, and video services.

  • Install, terminate, test, certify, maintain, and troubleshoot copper and fiber optic telecommunications cabling.
  • Install and maintain racks, patch panels, fiber distribution panels, cable managers, ladder racks, grounding, outlets, and related infrastructure.
  • Perform fiber fusion and mechanical splicing, connector termination, cleaning, inspection, testing, and fault isolation.
  • Use cable analyzers, OTDRs, optical power meters, multimeters, splicing equipment, and other industry-standard test tools.
  • Maintain Red and Black signal-distribution systems and ensure installations meet Government requirements, BICSI practices, labeling standards, and approved specifications.
  • Inspect infrastructure, correct discrepancies when practical, initiate work orders, and maintain inspection and continuity records.
  • Troubleshoot physical-layer issues affecting network, voice, VTC, and mission communications services.
  • Coordinate outside-plant work, local subcontractors, facility expansion, office reconfiguration, construction activities, and installation schedules.
  • Create and update AutoCAD drawings, field markups, as-built records, rack elevations, cable schedules, circuit inventories, pathways, and telecommunications-room documentation.
  • Coordinate with Network, Voice, VTC, Systems, Cybersecurity, facility personnel, and Government representatives during installations and restorations.
  • Support office moves, network extensions, technology refresh, infrastructure modernization, surveys, inspections, audits, and technical assessments.
  • Maintain accountability for tools, test equipment, materials, Government-furnished equipment, and consumable supplies.
  • Comply with safety, host-nation, access-control, environmental, Red/Black separation, and secure-facility requirements.
  • Support preventive maintenance, trouble calls, emergency restoration, and after-hours or on-call response.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements: US Citizenship is required.
  • Five (5) or more years of structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, or cable-plant experience.
  • Hands-on experience installing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting copper and fiber optic cabling.
  • Experience using cable-certification and fiber-test equipment and reading or updating telecommunications drawings.
  • Working knowledge of structured cabling standards, spaces, racks, pathways, grounding, labeling, and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams, facility personnel, and subcontractors.
  • Strong documentation, safety, communication, and quality-control skills.
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Desired Qualification

  • BICSI Installer 2 Copper, Installer 2 Optical Fiber, Technician, or RCDD certification.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, as-built drawings, secure facilities, Red/Black separation, and outside-plant coordination.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Army, CENTCOM, USARCENT, or other federal telecommunications infrastructure.
  • OSHA 30 or comparable construction-safety training.
  • Prior overseas, contingency, military communications, or construction-support experience.

Education

  • Associate's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, Construction Technology, or a related field; equivalent military training and experience may substitute.
