تعلن شركة Cummins Arabia عن توفر وظيفة HSE Supervisor في الرياض، السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى تعزيز الوعي بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتطبيق الضوابط الهندسية داخل الموقع، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات الداخلية واللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساعدة في توقع وتحديد وتقييم الظروف والممارسات الخطرة.
- تطوير تصاميم وأساليب وإجراءات وبرامج أساسية للتحكم في المخاطر، وإدارتها والتواصل بشأنها.
- تفسير وتطبيق المعايير الداخلية والخارجية لدعم تقليل المخاطر والامتثال.
- دعم الامتثال للوائح البيئية والصحة والسلامة المهنية السعودية، والحفاظ على متطلبات معايير ISO، وتلبية متطلبات العملاء، وإدارة سلامة المقاولين، ودفع التحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 3 إلى 5 سنوات في صناعات مماثلة.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العلوم البيئية أو الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة NEBOSH Diploma/IGC أو مؤهل مكافئ في الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- شهادة ISO 45001 و ISO 14001 Lead Auditor.
- شهادات مهنية مثل ASP/CSP أو CRSP أو Grad IOSH أو CMIOSH.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- الجنسية السعودية (KSA national).
المهارات المطلوبة
- تحديد المخاطر وتقييم المخاطر (HIRA): تطبيق تقنيات تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها لتحليل الأولويات واختيار إجراءات التحكم المناسبة.
- أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: تفسير وتطبيق المعايير الدولية لتحقيق نظام إدارة فعال والحصول على الاعتماد الخارجي.
- التحقيق في حوادث الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية: إجراء تحقيقات قائمة على الأدلة مع تحليل دقيق للسبب الجذري.
- أساسيات الصحة والسلامة: تعزيز السلوك الاستباقي للصحة والسلامة من خلال التحديد والإبلاغ والمشاركة في تحسينات السلامة.
- أساسيات بيئة العمل (Ergonomics): تطبيق معايير وأدوات إرجونوميك لتقليل المخاطر على الموظفين أثناء العمل.
- تنفيذ ضوابط المخاطر: اختيار وتنفيذ أساليب التحكم باستخدام تسلسل هرمي للضوابط لتحقيق تدابير مستدامة.
- تصميم عمليات ومحطات العمل الإرجونومية: تصميم أو تعديل العمليات ومحطات العمل باستخدام إرشادات التصميم الإرجونومي لتقليل المخاطر.
- إدارة الامتثال التنظيمي للصحة والسلامة والبيئة: تحديد وإدارة المتطلبات القانونية ومراقبة الأداء لضمان الامتثال.
- إدارة الصحة الصناعية: تصميم وتنفيذ برنامج الصحة الصناعية لإدارة مخاطر التعرض في مكان العمل.
- التخطيط والمواءمة: تخطيط العمل وتحديد أولوياته بما يتوافق مع الأهداف التنظيمية.
- التركيز على العملاء: بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء وتقديم حلول تركز عليهم.
- تقديم التدريب: إرشاد المتعلمين بطرق تتناسب مع احتياجات الأفراد والمجموعات.

- Helps to anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.
- Develops basic hazard control designs, methods, procedures and programs. Administers and communicates hazard control programs.
- Interprets and applies internal and external standards in support of hazard reduction and compliance.
- Supports HSE compliance with Saudi Arabian environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, maintain ISO HSE standard requirements, meet customer HSE requirements, manage contractor safety and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications and Competencies:
- Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) - Evaluates hazards within the work environment by applying hazard identification and risk assessment techniques to analyze and prioritize risk, enabling a selection of control measures that reduce risk as low as reasonably practicable.
- Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems - Interprets and applies international standards through practical application within the operating environment to achieve and maintain an effective management system and external certification.
- Health, Safety and Environment Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis - Examines HSE incidents by completing quality, evidence-based investigations with accurate root cause analysis, resulting in effective corrective actions, accurate reporting and avoiding repeated incidents.
- Health and Safety Fundamentals - Champions and models proactive health and safety behaviors by identifying, reporting and participating in actions to improve health and safety in order to build an interdependent culture and contribute to an injury-free workplace.
- Ergonomic Fundamentals - Understands ergonomic concepts by applying Cummins ergonomic standards, guidelines, controls and tools to reduce ergonomic risk to employees while at work. Implementation of Risk Controls - Selects and implements risk control methods by utilizing the hierarchy of controls to implement sustainable control measures in order to protect people by reducing overall risks to as low as reasonably practicable.
