يونيفونك، منصة تجربة عملاء رائدة في الأسواق الناشئة ومعتمدة كأفضل مكان للعمل®، تبحث عن أخصائي عمليات مؤسسية (Corporate Operations Specialist) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. ستدير العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية والعلاقات الحكومية والامتثال المحلي وإدارة المكاتب.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة العلاقات بين الشركة والجهات التنظيمية السعودية مع الامتثال الكامل لنظام العمل السعودي.
  • إدارة وتنفيذ جميع المهام التشغيلية على البوابات الحكومية بما في ذلك Qiwa وMudad وMuqeem وGOSI.
  • التعامل مع عملية الإقامة من البداية حتى النهاية، بما في ذلك إصدار الإقامات الجديدة للمنضمين السعوديين، وتجديدها للموظفين الحاليين، ومعالجة تأشيرات الخروج والعودة.
  • قيادة معالجة تأشيرات الأعمال وتأشيرات العمل للمنضمين الجدد وزوار المكتب في السعودية.
  • ضمان تجديد جميع المستندات الرسمية للشركة والتراخيص والسجلات التجارية في الوقت المحدد.

  • إدارة النقدية الصغيرة (petty cash)، وتتبعها، وتسويتها شهريًا.
  • معالجة فواتير الموردين وضمان حفظ السجلات بدقة ومعالجتها في الوقت المناسب.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الموردين وأصحاب العقارات ومقدمي الخدمات لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
  • ترتيب السفر للعمل لأعضاء الفريق على جميع المستويات، بما في ذلك حجوزات الطيران والإقامة الفندقية والمواصلات المحلية وإدارة البدل اليومي وتنسيق الفعاليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو الإدارة العامة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الموارد البشرية أو عمليات الأفراد أو العلاقات الحكومية (GRO) داخل بيئة تقنية أو عالية النمو في السعودية.
  • خبرة عملية مباشرة في التعامل مع البوابات الحكومية السعودية (Qiwa وMudad وMuqeem وGOSI) ومعرفة عملية قوية بنظام العمل السعودي.
  • إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا) - ضرورية لإدارة البوابات الحكومية والتواصل متعدد المكاتب.
  • خبرة عملية في إدارة النقدية الصغيرة ووثائق التأمين الطبي وفواتير الموردين.
  • القدرة على تعلم واستخدام أنظمة HRIS وأدوات الإنتاجية (Microsoft 365: Sheets, Docs, Slides).

As a Corporate Operations Specialist, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, government relations (GRO), local labor compliance, office administration, and vendor management. You will serve as the primary operational anchor for our Saudi Arabia team, ensuring smooth onboarding, full regulatory compliance across government portals, and exceptional employee support

Help Us Shape The Future Of Communications By

  • Managing relationships between the company and Saudi regulatory authorities in full compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
  • Managing and executing all operational tasks on government portals, including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Handle the end-to-end Iqama process, including new issuance for Saudi joiners, renewals for existing employees, and exit/re-entry vis a processing.
  • Leading business visa and work visa processing for new joiners and visitors to the Saudi Arabia office.
  • Ensuring all company official documents, licenses, and commercial registrations are renewed on time.
  • Handling employee requests and inquiries across offices, delivering complete resolutions within designated SLAs.
  • Overseeing medical insurance administration, including employee additions, deletions, tier updates, and policy renewals.
  • Supporting onboarding workflows and administrative setup for all new joiners in Saudi Arabia.
  • Maintaining the Saudi office facilities, oversee office supplies, inventory management, and ensure a well-stocked, professional workspace.
  • Managing petty cash handling, tracking, and monthly reconciliation.
  • Processing and handling vendor invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, landlords, and service providers to support smooth operations.
  • Arranging business travel logistics for team members across all levels, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, local transportation, per diem management, and venue/event coordination.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Government Relations (GRO) within a tech or high-growth environment in Saudi Arabia.
  • Direct, hands-on experience navigating Saudi government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI) and solid working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) - essential for government portal management and multi-office communication.
  • Practical experience in managing petty cash, medical insurance policies, and vendor invoicing.
  • Comfortable learning and operating HRIS platforms and productivity tools (Microsoft 365: Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, proactive problem-solving, and a service-oriented mindset.

Craft & Toolkit

  • Hands-on expertise with Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and GOSI.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization, and government compliance.
  • Expertise in Iqama, work visa, business visa, and exit/re-entry visa processing.
  • Experience with HRIS, employee records, and lifecycle administration.
  • Experience managing medical insurance, licenses, CRs, and government documentation.
  • Working knowledge of petty cash, vendor invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, and HR/administrative systems.
