يسر فندق لو مريديان (Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts) في مكة المكرمة دعوة المرشحين للتقدم لوظيفة خبير تجربة الضيوف (Guest Experience Expert) بدوام كامل، حيث سنعمل معاً على صنع تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
لا تقتصر وظيفتنا على توفير تسجيل وصول ومغادرة سلس فحسب، بل نسعى لبناء تجربة مميزة وفريدة. يأخذ خبراء تجربة الضيوف زمام المبادرة لتقديم مجموعة واسعة من الخدمات التي ترافق الضيوف طيلة إقامتهم، ويتحركون بحرية لتنفيذ ما يلزم لضمان راحتهم، سواء بمعالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية، أو تلبي طلبات الضيوف، أو إعداد التقارير، أو مشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية. يجعل هؤلاء الخبراء كل تفاعل جزءًا من التجربة الشاملة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية وطلبات الضيوف وإنجاز التقارير
- مشاركة أبرز معالم المنطقة المحلية وتوجيه الضيوف
- ضمان مكان عمل آمن والالتزام بسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها
- الحفاظ على السرية وحماية أصول الشركة ورفع معايير الجودة
- الحرص على أن يكون الزي الرسمي والمظهر الشخصي والتواصل بمستوى مهني
- الوقوف والجلوس والمشي لفترات طويلة، ورفع/حمل/دفع/سحب أوزان لا تتجاوز 10 أرطال (حوالي 4.5 كجم) دون مساعدة
- أداء أي واجبات وظيفية معقولة أخرى حسب الطلب
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها (مؤهل مفضل)
- لا يشترط خبرة عمل سابقة
- لا يشترط خبرة إشرافية
- لا يشترط رخصة أو شهادة مهنية محددة
المهارات المطلوبة
- المبادرة والاستباقية في تقديم الخدمة
- القدرة على التنقل والوقوف لفترات طويلة وأداء مهام جسدية خفيفة
