Alsalam Aerospace Industries، الشركة الرائدة في صيانة وتطوير الطائرات المدنية والعسكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية (تأسست عام 1988)، تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة مدرب طيار (Pilot Instructor) في الرياض. يهدف هذا الدور إلى دعم مديرية العمليات العامة وGSAC في الحفاظ على معايير التدريب والتوحيد القياسي والجاهزية التشغيلية وسلامة الطيران، من خلال تقديم التعليم الأرضي والجوي وتطوير المناهج التدريبية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل تحت إدارة GSAC وتقديم التقارير إلى مديرية العمليات العامة.
- تحديد احتياجات تدريب الطاقم الجوي والحفاظ على معايير عالية من التدريب والكفاءة لطياري المروحيات.
- إجراء التعليم الأرضي والجوي وفقًا للمنشورات والمناهج والبرامج التدريبية المعتمدة من GSAC، بما في ذلك الدورات الأساسية والمتقدمة مثل التحويل، NVG، FCF، الرفع، والتدريب التكتيكي.
- دعم GSAC بإجراء رحلات الفحص الوظيفي (FCF) ورحلات التقييم والرحلات التشغيلية الأخرى المطلوبة.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط التدريب وفقًا لمتطلبات GSAC التشغيلية والتدريبية.
- مراجعة وتحديث اللوائح والإجراءات ومتطلبات التدريب بما يتوافق مع معايير GSAC ومعايير الطيران المعمول بها.
- تقديم المشورة لقادة GSAC بشأن متطلبات تدريب الطاقم الجوي والمؤهلات والتوحيد القياسي والجاهزية التشغيلية.
- تطوير وصيانة المواد التدريبية والمنشورات والمناهج والامتحانات والمستندات التعليمية ذات الصلة بعمليات المروحيات.
- إجراء مراجعات وتصحيحات دورية للمنشورات والمواد التدريبية حسب الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على السجلات والملفات التدريبية للطاقم الجوي المعينين لعمليات المروحيات وتحديثها ومتابعتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- مؤهل كمدرب طيار معياري (Standardization Instructor Pilot) من منظمة طيران معتمدة.
- حيازة رخصة FAA أو EASA أو ATP أو CFII أو SOI (مدرب مشغل المحاكي) أو مؤهلات طيران معادلة.
- الحد الأدنى 5,000 ساعة طيران إجمالية على المروحيات، تشمل: 2,000 ساعة كمدرب طيار (IP)، 1,000 ساعة خبرة في NVG، 300 ساعة على منصة المروحية ذات الصلة.
- خبرة في الطيران العسكري مفضلة.
- الحد الأدنى 100 ساعة طيران خلال الـ 12 شهرًا الماضية.
- خبرة مثبتة في: التدريب والتوحيد القياسي، عمليات الرفع، تدريب NVG، رحلات الفحص الوظيفي (FCF)، عمليات المروحيات التكتيكية.
- كفاءة في استخدام تطبيقات Microsoft Office (Word وPowerPoint وExcel).

Job Purpose
The Standardization Instructor Pilot is responsible for supporting the General Directorate of Operations and GSAC in maintaining high standards of aircrew training, standardization, operational readiness, and flight safety. The role involves conducting ground and flight instruction, supporting evaluation and operational flights, developing training programs and materials, and ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations and GSAC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the management of GSAC and report to the General Directorate of Operations.
- Identify aircrew training needs and maintain high levels of training standards and competency for helicopter pilots.
- Conduct ground and flight instruction in accordance with GSAC-approved publications, syllabi, and training programs, including basic and advanced courses such as conversion, NVG, FCF, hoist, and tactical training.
- Support GSAC by conducting Functional Check Flights (FCF), evaluation flights, and other required operational flights.
- Develop and maintain training plans in accordance with GSAC operational and training requirements.
- Review and update applicable regulations, procedures, and training requirements in line with GSAC requirements and applicable aviation standards.
- Advise GSAC Commanders on aircrew training requirements, qualifications, standardization, and operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documents for helicopter operations.
- Conduct periodic reviews and corrections of training publications and materials as required.
- Maintain, update, and follow up on training records and files for aircrew assigned to helicopter operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Qualified as a Standardization Instructor Pilot through an accredited aviation organization.
- Hold FAA, EASA, ATP, CFII, SOI (Simulator Operator Instructor), or equivalent aviation qualifications.
- Minimum of 5,000 total rotary-wing flight hours, including:
- 2,000 hours as an Instructor Pilot (IP).
- 1,000 hours of NVG experience.
- 300 hours on the relevant helicopter platform.
- Military aviation experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 100 flight hours during the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Training and Standardization.
- Hoist operations.
- NVG training.
- Functional Check Flights (FCF).
- Tactical helicopter operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
