شركة Surbana Jurong (SJ Group) تبحث عن مدير أصحاب المصلحة والواجهات للعمل في برامج تطوير المطارات في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والواجهات عبر برامج المطارات.
- التنسيق مع عمليات المطار وشركات الطيران والجهات الرسمية والاستشاريين والمقاولين.
- توثيق وإدارة متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة والموافقات والإجراءات.
- ضمان دمج المتطلبات التشغيلية في التصميم والتسليم.
- إدارة الواجهات والمخاطر والتبعيات والتعارضات عبر المشاريع.
- تيسير اجتماعات أصحاب المصلحة وورش العمل ومنتديات الحوكمة.
- دعم الموافقات الرسمية و ORAT والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- الحفاظ على سجلات أصحاب المصلحة والواجهات وتقديم التقارير للقيادة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة أو الطيران أو إدارة المطارات أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات المطارات أو تطوير المطارات أو ORAT أو مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى للطيران.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والواجهات في برامج مطارات معقدة.
- فهم جيد لعمليات المطارات ومتطلبات شركات الطيران والعمليات التنظيمية.
- خبرة في العمل مع مشغلي المطارات وشركات الطيران والجهات الرسمية للطيران والوكالات الحكومية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض وإدارة العلاقات.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واللغة العربية (طلاقة).
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع (PMC) أو جانب العميل أو مشغل مطارات.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder and interface management across airport programmes.
- Coordinate with airport operations, airlines, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Capture and manage stakeholder requirements, approvals, and actions.
- Ensure operational requirements are incorporated into design and delivery.
- Manage interfaces, risks, dependencies, and conflicts across projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and governance forums.
- Support authority approvals, ORAT, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain stakeholder and interface registers and provide reporting to leadership.
- Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Airport Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in airport operations, airport development, ORAT, or major aviation infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder and interface management experience on complex airport programmes.
- Good understanding of airport operations, airline requirements, and regulatory processes.
- Experience working with airport operators, airlines, aviation authorities, and government agencies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent English; Fluent Arabic.
- Aviation PMC, client-side, or airport operator experience.
