تعلن شركة Surbana Jurong (SJ Group) - إحدى الشركات الاستشارية العالمية الرائدة في مجال البنية التحتية والخدمات الحضرية - عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمهندس كهربائي (مدير مشروع) في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن مدير مشروع كهربائي ذي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في السعودية. سيقود المرشح الناجح تنفيذ مشاريع محطات الجهد العالي والمتوسط (HV/MV)، بدءاً من التصميم والمشتريات وصولاً إلى البناء والاختبارات والتشغيل والتسليم. يتطلب الدور خبرة تقنية قوية، وقدرات إدارة مشاريع، والقدرة على إدارة العملاء والمقاولين والجهات المخدمة والفرق متعددة التخصصات بفعالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع محطات الجهد العالي والمتوسط في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية.
- إدارة نطاق المشروع، الجدول الزمني، الميزانية، الجودة، والمخاطر.
- التنسيق بين أنشطة التصميم، المشتريات، البناء، الاختبار، التشغيل، والتسليم.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء، الجهات المخدمة، المقاولين، وأصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع، والمعايير ذات الصلة، والموافقات التنظيمية.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتقديم تقارير دورية للعملاء والإدارة.
- قيادة اجتماعات المشروع وحل القضايا الفنية والتجارية.
- دعم الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتحقيق نتائج ناجحة للمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-15 سنة في مشاريع الطاقة الكهربائية أو محطات التحويل.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع محطات الجهد العالي والمتوسط.
- معرفة قوية بمحطات التحويل، أنظمة الحماية والتحكم، SCADA، والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة في العمل مع الجهات المخدمة والمقاولين وعملاء البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والقيادة وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل معرفة أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية التنظيمية ومتطلبات الجهات المخدمة وإجراءات الموافقة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع العملاء.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
- Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
- Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects
- Proven experience managing HV and MV substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of substations, protection and control systems, SCADA, and associated infrastructure.
- Experience working with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
- Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia regulations, utility requirements, and approval processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
