تعلن مجموعة SJ (Surbana Jurong) عن فتح باب إبداء الاهتمام لوظيفة مهندس طاقة متجددة أول للمشاركة في مشاريع الطاقة والبنية التحتية القادمة في منطقة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

Surbana Jurong (SJ) هي شركة استشارية عالمية رائدة في مجالات التخطيط العمراني والبنية التحتية والخدمات الإدارية، تتخذ من سنغافورة مقراً لها وتضم فريقاً متنوعاً من الخبراء يقدمون حلولاً مستدامة وعالية الأثر في البيئة المبنية. نحن نبحث عن مهندسي طاقة متجددة أول من ذوي الخبرة لإبداء الاهتمام بمشاريع الطاقة والبنية التحتية القادمة في الرياض. سيتولى المرشح الناجح القيادة الفنية لمشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (Solar PV) وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS) بدءاً من دراسات الجدوى وصولاً إلى التسليم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة دراسات الجدوى والتصميم المفاهيمي والتفصيلي لمشاريع الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (Solar PV) وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS).
- إعداد ومراجعة المواصفات الفنية والحسابات والتسليمات الهندسية.
- إجراء تقييمات لإنتاجية الطاقة الشمسية وأداء تخزين البطاريات.
- تنسيق متطلبات ربط الشبكة والواجهات التصميمية متعددة التخصصات.
- مراجعة عروض الموردين والمقدمات الفنية ووثائق التصميم.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات والاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم النهائي للمشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين وفرق المشروع.
- التواصل مع العملاء وشركات المرافق والجهات الرسمية والمقاولين لدعم تسليم المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الطاقة أو الطاقة المتجددة أو أي تخصص هندسي ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-12 سنة في مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة.
- خبرة قوية في أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية (Solar PV) وأنظمة تخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات (BESS).
- معرفة بمتطلبات ربط الشبكة وأنظمة الطاقة والتصميم الكهربائي.
- خبرة في تنفيذ مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة على نطاق المرافق (utility-scale).
- مهارات قوية في القيادة الفنية والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies, concept and detailed design for Solar PV and BESS projects.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
- Perform solar energy yield and battery storage performance assessments.
- Coordinate grid connection requirements and multidisciplinary design interfaces.
- Review vendor proposals, technical submissions, and design documentation.
- Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and project teams.
- Liaise with clients, utilities, authorities, and contractors to support project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
- Strong experience in Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Knowledge of grid connection requirements, power systems, and electrical design.
- Experience delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is highly desirable.
