نبذة عن الوظيفة
- تقديم القيادة الفنية لتصميم وتسليم أنظمة الطاقة عالية الجهد، بما في ذلك مشاريع النقل والتوزيع والطاقة المتجددة والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم وتسليم محطات التحويل عالية الجهد (HV) وعالية الجهد جداً (EHV)، بما في ذلك أنظمة AIS و GIS.
- إعداد ومراجعة مخططات محطات التحويل، ومخططات الخط الواحد، وخطط الحماية، والمواصفات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، وشركات المرافق، والمقاولين، وأصحاب المصلحة.
- إجراء دراسات الحماية، واختيار المعدات، ومراجعة التصاميم.
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات، والبناء، والاختبار، والتشغيل، والضمان الفني.
- تقديم الإرشاد الفني والتوجيه للمهندسين والمصممين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة الطاقة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-12 سنة في هندسة الطاقة عالية الجهد.
- خبرة قوية في محطات التحويل من نوع AIS/GIS وتصميم أنظمة الحماية.
- معرفة معايير IEC و IEEE ومعايير شركات المرافق ومتطلبات شبكة الكهرباء.
- خبرة في مشاريع النقل والتوزيع أو الطاقة المتجددة أو البنية التحتية الكبرى.
- مهارات قيادية فنية قوية، ومهارات تواصل وإدارة علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة سابقة في مشاريع الشرق الأوسط أو المملكة العربية السعودية.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for the design and delivery of high-voltage power systems, including transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of HV and EHV substations, including AIS and GIS systems.
- Prepare and review substation layouts, single-line diagrams, protection schemes, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, utilities, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Undertake protection studies, equipment selection, and design reviews.
- Support procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and technical assurance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and designers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in high-voltage power engineering.
- Strong experience in AIS/GIS substations and protection design.
- Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, utility standards, and grid code requirements.
- Experience with transmission, distribution, renewable energy, or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous Middle East or Saudi Arabia project experience is highly desirable.
