The Opportunity

An established and diversified Saudi group is looking to appoint a Contract Manager to join its Supporting Services sector during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Sitting within the Project Management Office (PMO), this is a highly visible role with exposure across multiple business areas. You will take ownership of key commercial, supplier and service contracts, helping the organisation strengthen commercial performance, manage risk and improve contract governance.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded contracts professional who wants broader exposure, greater ownership and the opportunity to influence how contracts are managed across a major organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own contracts across the full lifecycle - from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal and close-out
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, supplier and service agreements
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and service levels
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, amendments and renewals
• Strengthen contract governance, compliance and documentation
• Maintain accurate contract registers and reporting
• Partner with PMO, Legal, Procurement and business leaders
• Provide contractual support to key projects and transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• 🇸🇦 Saudi National
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field
• Around 7-10 years' experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Procurement
• Proven hands-on experience in contract drafting, negotiation and contract lifecycle management
• Good understanding of commercial and contractual risk
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Advantageous, but not essential:

• PMO or project-based environment experience
• Experience across multiple business units
• Exposure to industrial, infrastructure, construction, logistics or supporting-services environments
• CCCM, PMP or similar certification
