Role Description The User Experience Designer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily based in Jiddah with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting user research, translating insights into user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers. The role involves applying design thinking methodologies, refining interaction patterns, and ensuring that digital products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals. The User Experience Designer will participate in design reviews, iterate on feedback, and help maintain design standards and guidelines across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in human-centered design, including Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with User Research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Visual Design practices, including layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Ability to create and iterate on Prototyping deliverables such as wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
• Skilled in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision or similar).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing for web and mobile products in agency or product environments within the MENA region is a plus.
