المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير العينات وفقًا لطرق الاختبار مع التعريف المناسب، وتسجيل العينات في نظام إدارة المختبرات.
- تنفيذ التحاليل الكيميائية للمنتجات النهائية والمواد الخام والمكونات والمياه والمواد الكيميائية التنظيف وفقًا لخطة العينات.
- إدخال نتائج التحاليل في سجلات العينات ونظام إدخال بيانات المختبر، والحفاظ على سجلات التتبع وسجلات المراقبة.
- تحضير الكواشف الكيميائية وتسجيل التفاصيل بملصقات مناسبة.
- معايرة الأجهزة قبل الأنشطة اليومية أو عند الحاجة لكل جهاز محدد.
- إعداد طلبات حجز المواد من المخزن.
- التحقق من سلامة الأجهزة والحفاظ على سجلات الصيانة الوقائية.
- ترميز النتائج وإعداد تقارير المختبر.
- دعم عمليات التحقق وإصدار الإجراءات للتدريب الفني والتشغيلي.
- مراقبة وتسجيل الأنشطة اليومية في المختبر وتحديث قوائم المراجعة.
- إنشاء إشعارات خدمات الصيانة.
- تحضير ومعايرة الكواشف والمحاليل المستخدمة في التحليل والحفاظ على السجلات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للإنتاج وضمان الجودة والبحث والتطوير من خلال تقديم نتائج التحاليل مع تفسيرها.
- وصف وتحديث إجراءات المختبر وإنشاء النماذج المناسبة.
- متابعة التحاليل وتقييم النتائج ووضع المعايير وجدول القيم الغذائية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المختبر والامتثال لمبادئ 5S الخاصة بالشركة.
- إدارة المخزون الكيميائي وتقديم تقارير شهرية وربعية للفرق المعنية.
- تنفيذ وتحديث نظام المختبر وفقًا لمتطلبات ISO 17025 عند الحاجة.
- المساعدة في الأنشطة من خلال تطوير منهجيات جديدة والبحث عن تقنيات وتحسينات جديدة.
- تطوير المهارات العملية لمنهجيات أخرى (بما في ذلك مجالات المختبر الأخرى).
- استلام العينات والتأكد من ظروفها المناسبة عند الاستلام.
- التحقق من التقارير الخارجية المستلمة وفقًا للمعايير المعمول بها.
- تحديث حالة تحليل المكونات الجافة في ملف HOI بعد التحليل الناجح والتحديث في نظام LIMS.
- المسؤولية عن شهادات تحليل الموردين (COA).
- الامتثال لإرشادات سياسة الاستدامة لشركة BRF، وضمان الالتزام بخطة الاستدامة من خلال الأنشطة اليومية التي تعزز الامتثال للمؤشرات والالتزامات البيئية والاجتماعية والحوكمة (ESG) العالمية للشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الكيمياء.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية للأعمال (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بطرق اختبار المختبرات بما في ذلك AOAC و APHA، وممارسات المختبرات الجيدة.
- معرفة بعمليات الإنتاج.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
- المعرفة بنظام SAP (مفضلة).
- الإقامة في جدة أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها.

What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Prepare samples as per test methods with appropriate identification and register samples in laboratory management system.
- Execute chemical laboratorial analysis for finished products, raw materials, ingredients, water, cleaning chemicals as per sampling plan
- Enter analysis results in sample record sheet and laboratory data entry system. Keep traceability records, execute control records.
- Preparation of reagent chemicals and record the details with appropriate labels.
- Calibrate equipment’s prior daily activities, or whenever necessary, for specific equipment.
- Preparation of requests to reserve materials from the store.
- Check integrity of equipment and maintain the preventive maintenance records.
- Encode results and elaborate Lab reports.
- Promote validation processes and issuance of procedures for technical and operational training.
- Monitor and record the daily activities in the laboratory and update the check lists.
- Create maintenance services notifications.
- Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions for analysis and maintains the records.
- Provide technical support to production, quality assurance, R&D by providing analysis results with result interpretation.
- Describe, update lab procedures and create applicable forms.
- Follow up the analysis, evaluate results and establish standards and nutritional table if required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of laboratory and comply with company’s 5S principles.
- Maintain chemical inventory and provide monthly and quarterly reports to concerned teams.
- Implement and update the laboratory system based on ISO 17025 requirements if required
- Assist in the activities by developing new methodologies and searching new technologies, improvements if needed.
- Develop practical skills for other methodologies (including other areas of the lab)
- Receive samples ensuring the appropriate conditions upon receiving,
- Check received external reports in accordance with the applicable standards
- Update dry ingredients analysis status in HOI file after successful analysis and updating in LIMS
- Responsible for Ingredient supplier COA
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Business proficiency in English and Arabic is an advantage
- Knowledge of laboratory test methods, including AOAC and APHA, and Good Laboratory Practices
- Knowledge of production processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Based in Jeddah or open to relocating to Jeddah
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
