شركة Mace تبحث عن Associate Director - Quality Assurance للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق متميز على تنفيذ مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين واستشاريين عالميين.

تجمع Mace بين خبرة البناء والاستشارات لإطلاق الإمكانات في كل شخص أو مشروع وإعادة تعريف حدود الطموح. هذا المشروع يوفر فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق Mace الموهوب في تقديم مشروع ترفيهي وضيافة فاخر، بالتعاون مع مهندسين معماريين واستشاريين عالميين. يشمل المشروع بنية تحتية وأصولاً مبنية واسعة النطاق، تُنفذ بسرعة من خلال نهج إدارة إنشاءات عملي. بصفتك Associate Director - Quality Assurance، ستقدم قيادة استراتيجية لوظيفة الجودة عبر البرنامج، وتضمن حوكمة راسخة، والامتثال، والضمان، وعمليات التحسين المستمر طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- توجيه وتطوير استراتيجية الجودة، وإطار الحوكمة، وبرنامج الضمان عبر المشاريع والبرامج المعقدة.
- تقديم قيادة مرئية لتعزيز ثقافة جودة استباقية ودفع التحسين المستمر عبر جميع وظائف التسليم.
- إنشاء وإدارة أهداف الجودة، ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومقاييس الأداء على مستوى المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية، ومتطلبات العميل، وإجراءات الشركة، والمعايير التنظيمية المطبقة.
- قيادة تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة أنظمة إدارة الجودة وفقاً للمعايير الصناعية المعترف بها.
- توجيه والإشراف على أنشطة ضمان الجودة عبر مراحل التصميم، والمشتريات، والبناء، والتشغيل، والتسليم.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة علمية ذات صلة في الهندسة، إدارة الإنشاءات، إدارة الجودة، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة قيادية واسعة في الجودة ضمن برامج إنشاءات أو بنية تحتية معقدة.
- معرفة قوية بـ ISO 9001، وأطر ضمان الجودة، والتدقيق، والامتثال.
- يفضل الاعتماد المهني، مع خبرة ممتازة في قيادة أصحاب المصلحة والاستشارات.
- استيفاء معايير التأشيرة اللازمة للمملكة العربية السعودية وخبرة عمل ذات صلة في مشاريع/برامج عالية القيمة لدى شركة استشارات إدارة المشاريع، المطلوبة للموافقة على الهجرة والعميل.

The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.
As an associate director - quality assurance, you will provide strategic leadership of the quality function across programme, ensuring robust governance, compliance, assurance and continuous improvement processes are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.
You will be responsible for driving a culture of quality excellence, providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful delivery of quality objectives in alignment with client expectations and business requirements.

You will be responsible for driving a culture of quality excellence, providing leadership to multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful delivery of quality objectives in alignment with client expectations and business requirements.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Direct and develop the quality strategy, governance framework, and assurance programme across complex projects and programmes.
- Provide visible leadership in promoting a proactive quality culture and driving continuous improvement across all delivery functions.
- Establish and manage project-wide quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client requirements, company procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in accordance with recognised industry standards.
- Direct and oversee quality assurance activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover phases.
- Manage the performance of contractors, consultants and supply chain partners, ensuring adherence to approved quality processes and standards.
- Oversee assurance reviews, audits and quality assessments, ensuring findings are effectively managed and closed out.
- Provide executive-level reporting on quality performance, risks, trends and improvement initiatives.
- Act as the senior quality representative with clients, stakeholders and project leadership teams.
- Support project governance boards and senior management reviews through the provision of quality insight and recommendations.
- Drive lessons learned, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across programmes and the wider business.
- Supervise the investigation and resolution of significant quality issues, non-conformances and systemic failures.
- Champion the use of digital quality systems, reporting tools and data analytics to improve performance and decision making.
- Build, mentor and lead high-performing quality teams, supporting succession planning and capability development.
- Relevant degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, or related discipline.
- Extensive quality leadership experience within complex construction or infrastructure programmes.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality assurance frameworks, audits, and compliance.
- Professional accreditation preferred, with excellent stakeholder leadership and consultancy experience.
