تعلن شركة KBR, Inc. عن توفر وظيفة "مشرف صيانة منطقة" (Area Maintenance Foreman) في مدينة مكة رابغ، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيعمل المشرف على ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة اليومية (تصحيحية ووقائية وتنبؤية) للمعدات الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس والمعدات الدوارة في مصنع بتروكيماويات، وفقاً لمعايير السلامة والبيئة والجودة لضمان توافر الوحدة وموثوقيتها واستمرارية التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على تنفيذ جميع مهام الصيانة المسندة للمقاولين والمتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس في مصنع البتروكيماويات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة في نظام CMMS بخصوص تنفيذ الصيانة في مصنع SATORP.
- تقديم الدعم اللازم لمشرف التخطيط والجدولة.
- دعم قسم الموثوقية في الشركة لتحليل الأعطال المتكررة (bad actor analysis).
- إعداد تقرير أسبوعي ومناقشته في اجتماع الصيانة.
- مراجعة وتعزيز معرفة الموظفين من خلال التدريب المخصص بالتنسيق مع رئيس الموارد البشرية.
- الالتزام بمتابعة جميع متطلبات السلامة أثناء مرحلة تنفيذ المهام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع شهادة الثانوية العامة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 أعوام في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع شهادة دبلوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 أعوام في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز مع درجة البكالوريوس.
- معرفة جيدة بمعدات التكرير، وإدارة فرق العمل، وإدارة عقود الصيانة، وقواعد السلامة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- منظم واستباقي ويمتلك مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- قدرة قيادية مثبتة في مؤسسات كبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- تفكير استراتيجي ومنفتح على الأفكار الجديدة.
- قدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Responsibilities
- Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
- Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant
- Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.
- Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
- Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.
- Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR.
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Bachelor Degree
- Good knowledge of the equipment’s of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- Strategic thinking, open to new ideas
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
