نبذة عن الوظيفة
- أخصائي العلاقات العامة مسؤول عن بناء وحماية سمعة المنظمة من خلال تطوير العلاقات الإعلامية وصياغة القصص المقنعة وزيادة الظهور عبر القنوات المكتسبة والمملوكة والمشتركة.
- يتعاون هذا الدور بشكل وثيق مع فرق التسويق والقيادة التنفيذية والمنتج لضمان اتساق الرسائل وتحقيق أثر قابل للقياس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تمثيل الشركة بشكل مهني في الاجتماعات والفعاليات وفرص التواصل.
- الترويج لخدمات الشركة وشرحها للعملاء والشركاء.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع المنظمات الخارجية وشركاء المجتمع.
- تنسيق أنشطة العلاقات العامة ودعم الحملات التسويقية.
- إعداد العروض التقديمية والملفات التعريفية للشركة والمواد الترويجية.
- المساعدة في تنظيم فعاليات الشركة والمعارض والزيارات المؤسسية.
- مراقبة التصور العام وتقديم الملاحظات للإدارة.
- دعم مبادرات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتواصل عند الحاجة.
- ضمان توافق جميع الاتصالات مع هوية الشركة وقيمها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلاقات العامة أو التسويق أو الاتصالات أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في العلاقات العامة أو التسويق أو علاقات العملاء أو دور مشابه.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- قدرة قوية على العرض وبناء العلاقات.
- مظهر احترافي وثقة عند تمثيل الشركة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل).
- إجادة استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional appearance and confidence when representing the company.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
