Yokogawa، الشركة الرائدة في مجال الأتمتة الصناعية والقياس والاختبار، تعلن عن حاجتها إلى مهندس خدمة (Service Engineer) للعمل في مدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم دعم فني فوري وفعال لأنظمة أتمتة Yokogawa بما في ذلك: CENTUM VP / CS3000 (DCS)، ProSafe-RS (SIS/ESD)، Plant Resource Manager (PRM)، FAST/TOOLS و STARDOM.
  • التحقيق في المشكلات المتعلقة بالأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات والتطبيقات التي يبلغ عنها العملاء وتشخيصها وحلها.
  • إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية والتصحيحية على أنظمة Yokogawa.
  • تنفيذ ترقيات الأنظمة والترحيل وتحديثات البرامج واستبدال الأجهزة وفقاً لمعايير Yokogawa.
  • ضمان الأداء الأمثل والموثوقية والتوافر للأنظمة من خلال ممارسات الصيانة الاستباقية.
  • تنفيذ التعديلات والتحسينات والتوسعات على الأنظمة عبر الإنترنت أو دون الاتصال بالإنترنت.
  • دعم الأنشطة الهندسية مثل التهيئة وتعديل قواعد البيانات وتطوير الرسوم البيانية وتغييرات المنطق والاختبار.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة تشغيل الأنظمة وبدء التشغيل واختبار القبول والإيقاف.
  • الحفاظ على مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم الخدمة المهنية وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب.
  • إجراء برامج تدريبية مخصصة وورش عمل فنية للعملاء.
  • تقديم الاستشارات الفنية والتوصيات لتحسين أداء المصنع وتوافر النظام.
  • تحديد فرص الخدمات الإضافية والترقيات وحلول دورة الحياة واتفاقيات الصيانة ضمن حسابات العملاء الحالية.
  • دعم مبادرات نمو خدمات Yokogawa من خلال التواصل مع العملاء وتقديم خدمات ذات قيمة مضافة.
  • تقديم الدعم في الموقع في مرافق العملاء في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية بما في ذلك المواقع البحرية والنائية عند الحاجة.
  • القيام بمهام مهندس مقيم قصيرة وطويلة الأجل بناءً على متطلبات العمل والعملاء.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم أو هندسة الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5-8 سنوات مع أنظمة Yokogawa بما في ذلك: CENTUM VP / CS3000، ProSafe-RS، PRM (Plant Resource Manager).
  • معرفة عمل قوية بـ: UGS، Unit Operations، SEBOL، Foundation Fieldbus، Modbus، Profibus، OPC (DA/UA)، Ethernet الصناعي والشبكات، FAST/TOOLS، STARDOM.
  • خبرة مثبتة في هندسة وصيانة DCS/SIS، تشخيص الأنظمة واستكشاف الأخطاء، أنشطة بدء التشغيل والتشغيل في المصانع، وصناعات النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والطاقة أو الصناعات التحويلية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة قوية في هندسة أنظمة DCS وأنظمة السلامة من Yokogawa.
  • معرفة سليمة بأتمتة العمليات واستراتيجيات التحكم والصيانة عبر الإنترنت.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support for Yokogawa automation systems, including:
    • CENTUM VP / CS3000 Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
    • ProSafe-RS Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS/ESD)
    • Plant Resource Manager (PRM)
    • FAST/TOOLS and STARDOM platforms
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and application-related issues reported by customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Maintenance & Lifecycle Services

  • Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on Yokogawa systems.
  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, software updates, and hardware replacements in accordance with Yokogawa standards.
  • Ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and availability through proactive maintenance practices.

Engineering & System Modifications

  • Implement online and offline system modifications, enhancements, and expansions.
  • Support engineering activities including configuration, database modifications, graphics development, logic changes, and testing.
  • Participate in system commissioning, start-up, acceptance testing, and shutdown activities.

Customer Engagement & Training

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct customized training programs and technical workshops for customers.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommendations to improve plant performance and system availability.

Business Development Support

  • Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades, lifecycle solutions, and maintenance agreements within existing customer accounts.
  • Support Yokogawa's service growth initiatives through customer engagement and value-added service delivery.

Site Support & Travel

  • Provide on-site support at customer facilities across Saudi Arabia based on Al Hassa, including offshore and remote locations when required.
  • Undertake short-term and long-term resident engineer assignments based on business and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in:
    • Instrumentation & Control Engineering
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Yokogawa systems, including:
    • CENTUM VP / CS3000
    • ProSafe-RS
    • PRM (Plant Resource Manager)
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • UGS
    • Unit Operations
    • SEBOL
    • Foundation Fieldbus
    • Modbus
    • Profibus
    • OPC (DA/UA)
    • Industrial Ethernet and Networking
    • FAST/TOOLS
    • STARDOM
  • Proven experience in:
    • DCS/SIS engineering and maintenance
    • System troubleshooting and diagnostics
    • Plant commissioning and start-up activities
    • Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Process Industries
