تعلن شركة SYSTRA، إحدى الشركات الهندسية والاستشارية الرائدة عالمياً في مجال النقل العام والتنقل المستدام، عن حاجتها لتعيين مهندس إنشائي (Structural Engineer) للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة المشاريع الاستشارية (PMC) للمشاريع الكبرى للبنية التحتية للنقل في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراجعة التصاميم الإنشائية والحسابات والرسومات والتقارير الفنية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات المشروع والمعايير المعتمدة.
- مراقبة وتنسيق أنشطة الهندسة الإنشائية خلال مراحل التصميم والبناء والتكامل.
- دعم فريق PMC لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال الإنشائية وفق نطاق المشروع ومعايير الجودة والجدول الزمني والميزانية.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمارة والمدني والميكانيكيا والكهرباء وفرق التكامل لحل المشكلات التصميمية والموقعية المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
- مراجعة طلبات المقاولين والاستشاريين والرسومات التنفيذية وطرق العمل واعتماد المواد المتعلقة بالأعمال الإنشائية.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات الفنية وورش مراجعة التصاميم وجلسات التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية بالمشروع.
- تحديد المخاطر الإنشائية وتضاربات التصاميم ومخاوف قابلية التنفيذ، ودعم حلها في الوقت المناسب.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفقدية لمراقبة التقدم والجودة والامتثال للأعمال الإنشائية.
- دعم مراجعة طلبات الاستفسار وإشعارات عدم المطابقة والاستفسارات الفنية وطلبات التغيير المتعلقة بالعناصر الإنشائية.
- إعداد التعليقات الفنية وتقارير التقدم والمستندات الخاصة بتوثيق أعمال PMC الداخلية والموجهة للعميل.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية مع تخصص أو خبرة قوية في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع المحطات مثل السكك الحديدية أو المترو أو المطارات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في بيئة PMC أو إشراف استشاري أو جهة عميل.
- يفضل خبرة في مشاريع المملكة العربية السعودية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية والكودات الإقليمية ذات الصلة ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم قوي لعمليات مراجعة التصميم الإنشائي والتنسيق الإنشائي والإشراف الموقعي.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الخرسانة المسلحة والصلب الإنشائي الشائعة في مشاريع النقل والمحطات.
- القدرة على مراجعة الرسومات والحسابات والمستندات الفنية وطرق البناء.
- مهارات جيدة في التنسيق والتواصل مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (مستوى احترافي) - ضمني من النص الأصلي.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in stations projects, including rail, metro, or airport developments, and will support the review, coordination, and monitoring of structural design and execution activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Review structural design submissions, calculations, drawings, and technical reports for compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Monitor and coordinate structural engineering activities across design, construction, and interface stages.
- Support the PMC team in ensuring that structural works are delivered in line with project scope, quality standards, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Coordinate with architectural, civil, MEP, and interface teams to resolve structural design and site-related issues.
- Review contractor and consultant submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals related to structural works.
- Participate in technical meetings, design review workshops, and coordination sessions with project stakeholders.
- Identify structural risks, design conflicts, and constructability concerns, and support timely resolution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor progress, quality, and compliance of structural works.
- Support the review of RFIs, NCRs, technical queries, and change requests related to structural elements.
- Prepare technical comments, progress updates, and reports for internal and client-facing PMC documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization or strong experience in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
- Proven experience on stations projects, such as rail, metro, or airport developments.
- Prior experience in a PMC, supervision consultant, or client-side project environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of structural design review, construction coordination, and site supervision processes.
- Familiarity with reinforced concrete and steel structural systems commonly used in transportation and station projects.
- Ability to review drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and construction methodologies.
- Good coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates with KSA project experience will be preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant international codes and regional standards is an advantage.
