شركة Parsons Corporation تعلن عن توفر وظيفة Senior Engineer - MEP في مكة وجدة، السعودية. المهندس المسؤول سيعمل في مجالات أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (MEP)، مع التركيز على أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC)، بالإضافة إلى تطوير السياسات والمعايير وإجراءات التفتيش وأدوات التقييم. الخبرة في مشاريع الملاعب أو الأماكن العامة الكبيرة تعتبر ميزة قوية نظراً لطبيعتها المتخصصة والمعقدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تطوير أنظمة MEP للمشاريع، وضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصناعية والكودات ومتطلبات العميل.
- إدارة جوانب MEP للمشاريع من التصور حتى الانتهاء، بما في ذلك إعداد الموازنات والجداول الزمنية والتنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى وأصحاب المصلحة.
- مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم أنظمة HVAC وحسابات الأحمال واختيار المعدات والمقدمات الفنية.
- ضمان امتثال تصاميم MEP/HVAC للكودات المحلية (مثل ASHRAE وSMACNA وNFPA أو لوائح السلطة المحلية).
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والخبرة في تصميم وتركيب وتشغيل أنظمة MEP، وحل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة عند ظهورها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية.
- الشهادة المهنية في تسجيل مهندس MMUP (UPDA) تعتبر مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في هندسة MEP مع التركيز على الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- الخبرة في مشاريع الملاعب أو الأماكن العامة الكبيرة تعتبر مفضلة بقوة.
- الخبرة في أدوار إدارة المشاريع (PMC) تعتبر مفضلة.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات البرمجيات الهندسية مثل AutoCAD وRevit وبرمجيات نمذجة MEP لتصميم وتحليل أنظمة MEP.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the development of MEP systems for the projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Manage MEP aspects of projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders.
- Review, validate, and approve HVAC system designs, load calculations, equipment selections, and technical submissions.
- Ensure MEP/HVAC design compliance with local codes (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, or local authority regulations).
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in MEP systems design, installation, and operation, resolving complex engineering challenges as they arise.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of MEP designs and installations through thorough reviews, inspections, and testing protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure MEP equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and schedules.
- Identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding MEP systems, addressing their concerns, and providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing MEP systems design, installation, and operation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in MEP engineering, implementing innovative solutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Professional certificate in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering, focusing on construction oversight.
- Experience in stadium or large public venue projects is strongly preferred
- Experience in PMC roles is preferred.
- Mastery of engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MEP modeling software for designing and analyzing MEP systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design principles, installation methods, and operational requirements.
