تعلن شركة Vanderlande عن توفر وظيفة مهندس عمليات (Process Engineer) في مطار الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيقوم المهندس بمراقبة وتحليل أداء نظام مناولة الأمتعة (BHS) والعمليات التشغيلية وأنشطة الصيانة، واستخدام البيانات التشغيلية لتحديد المشكلات وجذورها، وإعداد التقارير ولوحات المعلومات، ودعم التحسينات العملية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء التشغيلية الرئيسية.
- إعداد تقارير أداء واضحة ولوحات معلومات (Dashboards).
- تحليل بيانات النظام لتحديد الاختناقات والمشكلات المتكررة وجذورها.
- التوصية وتنفيذ تحسينات على الأنظمة والعمليات وأنشطة الصيانة.
- مشاركة النتائج وإجراءات التحسين مع الفرق الداخلية والأطراف المعنية.
- تطوير حلول عملية لتحسين الإنتاجية والموثوقية وجودة الخدمة.
- إعداد وثائق العمليات والإجراءات وتعليمات التشغيل.
- تخصيص فرص التحسين، وتتبع إجراءات التحسين، وقياس نتائجها.
- دعم مدير العمليات برؤى قيّمة حول أداء النظام وأصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم وتدريب مشغلي النظام وأصحاب المصلحة على إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) وأفضل الممارسات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في قيادة مشاريع تحسين Six Sigma أو DMAIC.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال هندسة العمليات أو تحليل الأعمال أو تحليل البيانات أو إعداد تقارير الأداء.
- معرفة كافية وخبرة في أنظمة مناولة الأمتعة (BHS).
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في أدوات ذكاء الأعمال مثل Power BI أو Tableau أو Splunk.
- فهم جيد لقواعد البيانات ولغة SQL.
- معرفة بأدوات تخطيط العمليات مثل Microsoft Visio.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وحل المشكلات، والتواصل.
- شهادة Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (يفضل).

The role will use operational data to identify problems and their root causes, prepare clear reports and dashboards, and support practical improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Define and monitor key operational performance indicators.
- Prepare clear performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze system data to identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, and root causes.
- Recommend and implement improvements to systems, processes, and maintenance activities.
- Share findings and improvement actions with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Develop practical solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and service quality.
- Prepare process documents, procedures, and operating instructions.
- Allocate improvement opportunities. Track improvement actions and measure their results.
- Support the operations manager with valuable insights about system and stakeholder performance.
- Support and coach system operators and stakeholders on system SOPs and best practices.
- Adequate knowledge and experience in BHS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant.
- At least three years of experience leading Six Sigma or DMAIC improvement projects.
- At least two years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, data analysis, or performance reporting.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Splunk.
- Good understanding of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred.
