Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
• Ensure all design deliverables align with the project objectives and messaging.
• Create compelling visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences and design accordingly.
• Utilize graphic design software to create high-quality visual content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to develop innovative design concepts.
• Ability to drive change and to be flexible, open-minded with integrity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand design needs and objectives.
• Understand project requirements and concepts Use various techniques to create drafts, models prototypes.
• Contribute to the development of visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and online ads.
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually engaging graphics for various projects, including print and digital materials.

Qualifications

• English Language (essential).
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field +3 years experience as a graphic designer in a relevant industry.
