المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وظيفة الهندسة الإنشائية عبر مشاريع بناء متعددة كبيرة ومعقدة.
- تقديم الإشراف الفني الاستراتيجي، وضمان التميز في التصميم والجودة والسلامة وتسليم المشاريع.
- العمل كمستشار أول للعملاء، وتعزيز العلاقات القوية مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين وتقديم التوجيه الفني الموثوق.
- إدارة وتنمية الحسابات الاستراتيجية للعملاء، وتحديد فرص الأعمال المتكررة والشراكات طويلة الأجل.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك التعامل مع العملاء والتواصل وتحديد الفرص وتحديد المواقع في السوق.
- قيادة إعداد المقترحات الفنية والعروض وتقديم الرسوم والعروض التقديمية للعملاء للمشاريع الكبرى.
- العمل عن كثب مع فرق القيادة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات نمو الأعمال لقطاع المباني.
- الإشراف على تخطيط الموارد وميزانيات المشاريع والأداء التجاري وجداول التسليم لضمان الربحية.
- دفع الابتكار في التصميم الإنشائي والهندسة الرقمية والحلول المستدامة.
- توجيه وتطوير المهندسين الكبار وقادة المشاريع، وتعزيز ثقافة التعاون والتميز الفني.
- تمثيل المنظمة في اجتماعات العملاء والمؤتمرات الصناعية والمنتديات المهنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وعمليات ضمان الجودة والمعايير التنظيمية.
- الحفاظ على الحوكمة على إدارة المخاطر والالتزامات التعاقدية وضوابط المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية.
- يفضل درجة الماجستير في الهندسة الإنشائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يفضل بشدة الحصول على مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو اعتماد مهني مماثل.
- أكثر من 20 عاماً من الخبرة في الهندسة الإنشائية، بما في ذلك قيادة مشاريع بناء رئيسية.
- سجل حافل في تقديم مشاريع معقدة وعالية القيمة ضمن بيئات استشارية.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات وإدارة محافظ مشاريع كبيرة.
- خبرة قوية في الخرسانة المسلحة وتصميم الفولاذ والتحليل الإنشائي المتقدم.
- معرفة متعمقة بمعايير التصميم والكودات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية والدولية.
- نجاح مثبت في تطوير علاقات العملاء وتأمين فرص عمل جديدة.
- خبرة في قيادة العطاءات والمقترحات واتفاقيات الأطر والمشاريع الكبرى.
- وعي تجاري قوي مع القدرة على إدارة ربحية المشاريع وأداء الأعمال.

Responsibilities
- Lead the structural engineering function across multiple large-scale and complex building projects.
- Provide strategic technical oversight, ensuring excellence in design, quality, safety, and project delivery.
- Act as a senior client advisor, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing trusted technical guidance.
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts, identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Support business development activities, including client engagement, networking, opportunity identification, and market positioning.
- Lead the preparation of technical proposals, bids, fee submissions, and client presentations for major pursuits.
- Work closely with leadership teams to develop and implement business growth strategies for the Buildings sector.
- Oversee resource planning, project budgets, commercial performance, and delivery schedules to ensure profitability.
- Drive innovation in structural design, digital engineering, and sustainable solutions.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and project leaders, promoting a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry conferences, and professional forums.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, quality assurance processes, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain governance over risk management, contractual obligations, and project controls.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
- 20+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership of major building projects.
- Proven track record delivering high-value, complex developments within consultancy environments.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large project portfolios.
- Strong expertise in reinforced concrete, steel design, and advanced structural analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE, KSA, and international design standards and codes.
- Demonstrated success in developing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience leading bids, proposals, framework agreements, and major project pursuits.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage project profitability and business performance.
