تسعى شركة Parsons Corporation عبر مشروع سكك حديدية رئيسي في الرياض إلى تعيين Senior Geotechnical Engineer للانضمام إلى فريق إدارة التصميم والإشراف على المشاريع. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تقديم الخبرات الفنية وقيادة الجهود الهندسية الجيوتقنية في المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق من مهندسي الجيوتقنية والعمل مع فريق الاستشاريين وهندسة إدارة المشروع على حلول هندسية معقدة تتعلق بالأنفاق والحفريات العميقة والجدران الحاجزة.
- مراجعة التصاميم الجيوتقنية والإنشاءات الترابية للحفريات الحضرية وجدران التثبيت الميكانيكية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات المشروع ومتطلباته.
- مراجعة وتقديم التوصيات الفنية والتوجيهات الخاصة بالتحقيقات تحت السطحية في مواقع المشروع.
- إجراء ومراجعة الاستكشافات الميدانية والتقييمات وأعمال أخذ العينات وتصنيف التربة والتحليل والدعم الفني.
- إجراء ومراجعة التحاليل الجيوتقنية المتخصصة للخصائص الهندسية للتربة والصخور، والأساسات السطحية والعميقة، وتحسين التربة، وضغط التربة، وتحليل التسييل، والمواد الجيولوجية الاصطناعية، والتشوه الأرضي الناتج عن الزلازل.
- تقييم واختيار وتطبيق الأساليب والطرائق والمعايير الهندسية القياسية.
- إجراء ومراجعة تحليلات الصرف وثبات المنحدرات والتسييل والانتشار الجانبي.
- تحليل ومراجعة المناقصات وتقديم التوصيات.
- ضمان تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة بشكل فعال على جميع الأعمال الجيوتقنية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الجيوتقنية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع البناء المدني الكبيرة.
- سجل حافل في إدارة وتفسير التحقيقات الجيوتقنية وتصميم الأساسات العميقة والسطحية والأوتاد والجدران الاستنادية والأنفاق والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- معرفة في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل مع العملاء وإعداد التقارير الهندسية.
- معرفة شاملة بالممارسات واللوائح الصناعية.
- فهم قوي لبرامج التحليل الجيوتقني مثل gINT و Plaxis و Slope W و Seep W و Piglet.
- سجل حافل في إدارة فريق من مهندسي الجيوتقنية.
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات مع العملاء والموظفين والقدرة على التأثير والتدريب.
- مهارات جيدة في الكتابة والتواصل الشفهي لإعداد تقارير واضحة وموجزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مع تفضيل خبرة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو النقل العام أو المشاريع ذات الصلة.
- مسجل كمهندس محترف أو حاصل على صفة الزمالة (أو ما يعادلها) ضمن جمعية مهنية مختصة.

Job Description
A Senior Geotechnical Engineer is required to provide technical expertise and to lead the geotechnical engineering efforts on a major Rail Transit project for the Program Management / Construction Management.
The Senior Geotechnical Engineer will support the Design Management Group in performing geotechnical related design reviews and conventional and moderately-complex geotechnical engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analysis.
Responsibilities will include reviewing, coordinating and monitoring the works of the design consultants, comparing earthwork and geotechnical related designs with project specifications.
This is a senior level position for a candidate with a strong track record in leading Geotechnical Engineering teams on large civil infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading a team of Geotechnical Engineers and working with Design Consultant staff and the PM/CM engineering staff on complex engineering solutions related to tunnels, deep excavations and diaphragm walls.
- Reviewing geotechnical designs and earth structures for urban excavations and mechanically stabilized earth walls for conformance to the project specifications and requirements
- Reviewing and providing technical recommendations and direction for subsurface investigation at project sites
- Conducting and reviewing field exploration and assessments, sampling, soil classification inspections, analysis and technical support
- Performing and reviewing specialized geotechnical analysis for engineering properties of soil and rock, shallow and deep foundations, ground improvement, earth pressure, liquefaction analyses, geo-synthetics and earthquake induced ground deformation
- Evaluating, selecting and applying standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria
- Performing and reviewing grading drainage and slope stability analysis, liquefaction and lateral spreading
- Analyzing and reviewing bids and making recommendations
- Ensuring the quality control system is actively applied to all geotechnical work
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering is required
- At least 10 years of relevant experience on large civil construction projects
- A proven track record in geotechnical investigation management and interpretation and the design of deep and shallow foundations, piles, retaining walls, tunnels, and other related infrastructure
- Knowledge in project management, client liaison and engineering reporting
- A thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering analysis software such as gINT, Plaxis, Slope W, Seep W and Piglet
- A proven track record in managing a team of geotechnical engineers
- Strong client & staff relationship building skills and an ability to influence and coach others
- Good written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise report writing
- GCC experience with KSA experience preferred
- Experience in railway, transit or related projects
- Registered as a professional engineer or having achieved chartered status (or equivalent) within a relevant professional association
