تعلن شركة أوساس الطبية، إحدى الشركات السعودية الرائدة في استيراد وتوزيع وصيانة التقنيات الصحية المتقدمة، عن توفر وظيفة مدير موارد بشرية للعمل في مكتبها الرئيسي بجدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على عمليات الموارد البشرية بما في ذلك التوظيف والتعيين وإدارة الأداء والتعويضات والمزايا وعلاقات الموظفين.
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الموارد البشرية بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الشركة وأنظمة العمل المحلية.
- تعزيز ثقافة عمل إيجابية وشاملة وعالية الأداء.
- الشراكة مع مدراء الأقسام في تخطيط القوى العاملة وإدارة وثائق وأنظمة الموارد البشرية.
- دعم مبادرات التدريب والتطوير ومعالجة استفسارات الموظفين وحل النزاعات.
- مراقبة مؤشرات الموارد البشرية وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل ومعايير الشركة.
- المساهمة في تطوير المنظمة وجهود إدارة التغيير.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- مهارات قوية في التوظيف واستقطاب المواهب وتخطيط القوى العاملة لدعم النمو عبر فرق المبيعات والخدمة والسريرية.
- خبرة في إدارة الأداء وإدارة التعويضات والمزايا وتطوير السياسات وتنفيذها.
- إجادة التعامل مع علاقات الموظفين وحل النزاعات وتعزيز بيئة عمل شاملة وممتثلة.
- القدرة على إدارة وثائق الموارد البشرية وأنظمة HRIS والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومؤشرات أداء.
- معرفة بقوانين ولوائح العمل السعودية؛ الخبرة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية أو التكنولوجيا الطبية ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية وتفاوض قوية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات؛ إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة واللغة العربية مفضلة.
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع بجدة والتعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والتعامل مع المعلومات السرية بسرية.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة؛ الشهادات المهنية في الموارد البشرية ميزة إضافية.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy and local labor regulations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture. Daily activities include partnering with department leaders on workforce planning, managing HR documentation and systems, supporting training and development initiatives, and handling employee inquiries and conflict resolution. The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards, and contributing to organizational development and change management efforts.
Qualifications
- 3 years experience. Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support growth across sales, service, and clinical teams.
- Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development and implementation.
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, engaging, and compliant work environment.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, HRIS or other HR systems, and maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations; experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment; proficiency in English required, Arabic language skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Jeddah, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
