شركة Mott MacDonald، إحدى الشركات الاستشارية العالمية الرائدة في الهندسة والإدارة والتطوير، تبحث عن Senior Mechanical Engineer للانضمام إلى فريق المباني المتنامي لديها في الرياض، في وظيفة دائمة بدوام كامل.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سنعمل في فريق متعدد التخصصات على تصميم وتقديم حلول عالية الجودة لأنظمة الخدمات الميكانيكية للمباني من مرحلة المفهوم حتى التفاصيل الإنشائية ودعم التنفيذ. ستتعاون مع مدراء المشاريع والعملاء والمتخصصين التقنيين وتساهم في تطوير المهندسين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية. تشمل المشاريع قطاعات تجارية وفندقية وتعليمية وصحية وسكنية ورياضية وتطوير البنية التحتية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تصاميم وحسابات ومواصفات وتقارير ووثائق فنية لأنظمة الخدمات الميكانيكية للمباني.
- المساعدة في تسليم المشاريع من مرحلة التصميم المفاهيمي إلى مراحل الإنشاء.
- إجراء مسوحات وتقييمات للخدمات الميكانيكية في المباني والبنية التحتية القائمة.
- إنتاج ومراجعة الرسومات التصميمية الميكانيكية والحسابات الهندسية.
- المساهمة في تطوير حلول تصميم مستدامة وموفرة للطاقة.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين الإنشائيين والتخصصات الأخرى في خدمات المباني.
- دعم تخطيط المشاريع وتسليمها ضمن البرامج والميزانيات المتفق عليها.
- حضور اجتماعات العميل وفريق التصميم وأصحاب المصلحة حسب الحاجة.
- ضمان امتثال التصاميم للمعايير واللوائح ومتطلبات المشروع.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والإرشاد للمهندسين الخريجين والمبتدئين.
- مساعدة المهندسين الكبار ومدراء المشاريع في تحقيق نتائج ناجحة للمشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- (أساسي) عضو في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين.
- (أساسي) حاصل على درجة علمية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو ما يعادلها.
- (أساسي) خبرة مثبتة في تصميم الخدمات الميكانيكية للمباني ضمن قطاع البيئة المبنية.
- (أساسي) خبرة في العمل على مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية ضمن بيئة استشارية أو تصميمية.
- (أساسي) معرفة بلوائح المباني الحالية والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات في المجال.
- (أساسي) إتقان استخدام برامج وأدوات التصميم الهندسي الميكانيكي المعترف بها في الصناعة.
- (أساسي) معرفة وخبرة في استخدام BIM.
- (أساسي) مهارات قوية في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
- (أساسي) القدرة على العمل بفعالية بشكل مستقل وداخل فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- (أساسي) مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة.
- (مستحسن) حاصل على статус مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو يعمل نحو التسجيل المهني عبر CIBSE أو IMechE.
- (مستحسن) خبرة في مشاريع تجارية أو فندقية أو صحية أو تعليمية أو سكنية أو رياضية أو متعددة الاستخدامات.
- (مستحسن) معرفة بمبادئ LEED أو WELL أو التصميم المستدام للمباني.
- (مستحسن) خبرة في دعم المهندسين المبتدئين والخريجين.
- (مستحسن) خبرة في العمل على مشاريع كبرى وفرق تصميم متعددة التخصصات.
- (مستحسن) الإلمام باللوائح ومعايير التصميم المحلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:
- Prepare mechanical building services designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction stages.
- Undertake mechanical services surveys and assessments of existing buildings and infrastructure.
- Produce and review mechanical design drawings and engineering calculations.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other building services disciplines.
- Support project planning and delivery within agreed programmes and budgets.
- Attend client, design team, and stakeholder meetings as required.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Essential
- Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in mechanical building services design within the built environment sector.
- Experience working on building and infrastructure projects within a consultancy or design environment.
- Knowledge of current building regulations, standards, and industry best practice.
- Proficiency in industry-recognised mechanical engineering software and design tools.
- BIM knowledge and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards professional registration through CIBSE or IMechE.
- Experience across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, residential, sports, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of LEED, WELL, or sustainable building design principles.
- Experience supporting junior engineers and graduates.
- Experience working on major building projects and multidisciplinary design teams.
- Familiarity with local Saudi Arabian regulations and design standards.
