نبحث عن مهندس مرافق رطبة أول مؤهل وذو دافع للانضمام إلى فريق البنية التحتية المتنامي لدينا في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستقود تصميم وتقديم مشاريع البنية التحتية للمياه ومياه الصرف الصحي والري ومياه الأمطار في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية، بالعمل عن كثب مع فرق متعددة التخصصات والعملاء والمطورين والجهات التنظيمية. ستساهم طوال دورة حياة المشروع، من التخطيط الرئيسي والنمذجة الهيدروليكية إلى التصميم التفصيلي والموافقات، مما يساعد على تقديم حلول مرافق مستدامة ومبتكرة وعالية الجودة تدعم التطورات الحضرية والبنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التقارير ووثائق التصميم لمشاريع البنية التحتية للمياه ومياه الصرف الصحي والري ومياه الأمطار.
- الإشراف على النمذجة الهيدروليكية للمياه ومياه الصرف الصحي والري ومياه الأمطار والحسابات الهيدروليكية.
- ضمان التسليم عالي الجودة وفي الوقت المحدد لمخرجات المرافق الرطبة وفقاً للجدول الزمني للمشروع.
- ضمان أن تكون تصاميم المرافق الرطبة متوافقة مع معايير التصميم المناسبة ومتطلبات العقد.
- التنسيق مع التخصصات الأخرى لتنسيق تصميم المرافق الرطبة وضمان تقديم تصميم شامل ومتكامل للعميل.
- ضمان دمج أفضل الممارسات في تقديمات التصميم.
- البحث عن مبادرات التحسين المستمر لزيادة الإنتاجية، بما في ذلك مواكبة التكنولوجيا لأساليب التسليم المبتكرة.
- إجراء مراجعة فنية للتقدم المحرز وتقديم تحديثات التصميم إلى مديري تصميم المشروع ومديري المشروع، وعند الحاجة إلى العملاء.
- مراجعة المخرجات التي ينتجها الآخرون للمرافق الرطبة لضمان تلبية متطلبات الجودة.
- التواصل والاجتماع مع المطورين والعملاء أو أصحاب المصلحة للحصول على الموافقات المطلوبة وتقديم المقترحات للقبول.
- تنسيق جوانب تقديمات المشروع ومخرجاته ومراجعاته وموافقاته مقابل متطلبات العقد. الإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات عنها وتقديم المشورة.
- عند الحاجة، المساعدة في تقديم مدخلات التصميم في تقارير التخصصات الأخرى.
- تقديم تقدير أولي للتكاليف والكميات لخدمات المياه.
- دعم العمل المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية، ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.
- إظهار سلوكيات آمنة وأخلاقية وشاملة تتماشى مع قيم Mott MacDonald.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في الهندسة المدنية.
- مؤهل مهني (CEng أو ما يعادله) مع عضوية في مؤسسة مهنية مثل ICE (مؤسسة المهندسين المدنيين).
- خبرة دراسات عليا وكبيرة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة استشارات تصميم تقوم بأعمال التصميم.
- خبرة في العمل عبر دورة حياة التصميم، من التخطيط الرئيسي إلى التصميم التفصيلي.
- خبرة قوية في تصميم الأنظمة المضغوطة والجاذبية باستخدام Civil3D.
- خبرة قوية في النمذجة الهيدروليكية للأنظمة المضغوطة والجاذبية.
- القدرة على إدارة عملية التصميم والموافقة بالتفاعل مع فريق المشروع والعملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة ذات خلفيات متنوعة في فرق متنوعة جغرافياً وثقافياً.
- خبرة في تصميم مشاريع البنية التحتية والموافقة عليها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- معرفة سليمة بمتطلبات السلطات المحلية والإرشادات والمعايير داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- البحث المستمر عن الابتكارات والتحسينات لإدارة عبء العمل وإنجاز المخرجات عبر الأفراد والفرق والمشاريع.
- تبني عقلية قابلة للتكيف واستخدام التفكير الاستراتيجي والنقدي لمعالجة المشكلات بطريقة جديدة.
- القدرة على التعامل بكفاءة مع الأولويات وإدارة الوقت بشكل مناسب.
- خبرة في ProjectWise وInfraworks وNavisworks وOpenutilities وغيرها (يفضل).
- لاعب فريق مخلص يتمتع بمهارات تواصل شخصية قوية، شفهياً وكتابياً.
- القدرة على التواصل بفعالية على جميع المستويات بما في ذلك أصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين.

Key Responsibilities And Duties Are Listed Below
- Prepare reports and design documentation for water, wastewater, irrigation and storm water infrastructure projects
- Supervise hydraulic modelling for water, wastewater, irrigation and storm water and hydraulic calculations
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of Wet utility associated deliverables in accordance with the project time schedule
- Ensure that the Wet Utility designs are in accordance with the appropriate design standards and Contract requirements
- Liaise with other disciplines to coordinate the wet utility design and ensure a complete a holistic design is delivered to the client
- Ensure best practice is incorporated into design submissions
- Look for continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, including being up to date with technology for innovative delivery methods
- Conduct a technical review on progress and provide design updates to the project design managers, project managers and where required clients
- Check deliverables produced by others for Wet Utilities to ensure quality requirements are met
- Liaise and meet with developers, clients or stakeholders to gain the required approvals and present proposals for acceptance
- Coordinate aspects of projects submittal and deliverables, reviews and approvals against contract requirements. Report and advise on deviations from the same
- Where required assist in providing design inputs into other discipline reports.
- Outline cost and quantity estimation for wet services
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to Mott MacDonald value
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Professional qualified (CEng or similar) with membership in a professional institution, such as ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers),
- Post graduate and significant experience, preferably in a design consultancy undertaking design work
- Experience working across the design life cycle, from master planning to detailed design
- Strong experience in design of pressurised and gravity systems using Civil3D
- Strong experience Hydraulic modelling of pressurised and gravity systems
- Ability to manage a design and approval process interfacing with the project team, clients and stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple teams with diverse backgrounds in geographically and culturally diverse teams
- Experience of design and approval of infrastructure projects in KSA
- Sound knowledge of local authority requirements, guidelines and standards within Saudi Arabia
- Continuously looking for innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams and projects
- Adopting an adaptive mindset and using strategic and critical thinking to approach problems in a new way
- Ability to deal efficiently with priorities and manage time appropriately
- Experience in ProjectWise, Infraworks, Navisworks, Openutilities etc is preferable
- A dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels including external stakeholders
- Adopting a proactive approach towards complex tasks and overall delivery
- Willingness to travel for short term assignments would be preferred.
