المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تصاميم أنظمة الكهرباء في المباني عبر مجموعة متنوعة من مشاريع المباني والبنية التحتية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية وحسابات التصميم والمواصفات والجداول والوثائق الهندسية.
- إنتاج ومراجعة رسومات التصميم الكهربائي وتنسيق معلومات التصميم مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إجراء مسوحات للأنظمة الكهربائية الحالية والمساهمة في حلول التجديد والترقية.
- دعم تطوير حلول هندسة كهربائية موفرة للطاقة ومستدامة.
- المساهمة في تسليم المشاريع وفقاً للبرنامج والميزانية ومتطلبات الجودة.
- التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء والمقاولين والمهندسين المعماريين والتخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.
- دعم مديري المشاريع والقادة الفنيين في تنسيق التصميم والمراجعات الفنية.
- المساعدة في إعداد مقترحات الرسوم والمدخلات الفنية لعطاءات المشاريع عند الحاجة.
- إرشاد ودعم المهندسين الجدد وذوي الخبرة المبكرة والمساهمة في مشاركة المعرفة الفنية داخل الفريق.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- المتطلبات الأساسية: • حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (كهرباء) أو تخصص ذي صلة. • عضو في الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين. • يسعى للحصول على لقب مهندس محترف (CEng) أو حصل عليه حديثاً، وعضوية في CIBSE أو IET أو هيئة مهنية معادلة. • خبرة مثبتة في تقديم تصاميم أنظمة الكهرباء للمباني ضمن بيئات استشارية أو هندسية. • فهم جيد للوائح البناء والكودات والمعايير وأفضل الممارسات المطبقة على البيئة المبنية. • خبرة في استخدام برامج هندسية معيارية مثل Amtech وIES وRelux وRevit. • إلمام بنمذجة معلومات المباني (BIM) وخبرة في العمل ضمن بيئات تصميم منسقة. • مهارات قوية في التواصل وإعداد التقارير والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- المتطلبات المرغوبة: • خبرة في العمل على مشاريع تجارية أو فندقية أو تعليمية أو سكنية أو رعاية صحية أو متعددة الاستخدامات. • خبرة في دعم فرق تسليم المشاريع متعددة التخصصات. • معرفة بمبادئ التصميم المستدام وأنظمة المباني الموفرة للطاقة. • خبرة في إرشاد المهندسين الجدد أو الفنيين. • خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع داخل المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط الأوسع.

About The Role

- Deliver Electrical Building Services designs across a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, specifications, schedules and engineering documentation.
- Produce and review electrical design drawings and coordinate design information with multidisciplinary teams.
- Undertake surveys of existing electrical systems and contribute to refurbishment and upgrade solutions.
- Support the development of energy-efficient and sustainable electrical engineering solutions.
- Contribute to project delivery in accordance with programme, budget and quality requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, architects and other engineering disciplines.
- Support project managers and technical leads with design coordination and technical reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of fee proposals and technical inputs for project bids where required.
- Mentor and support graduate and early-career engineers, contributing to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.

Essential
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering (Electrical) or a related discipline.
- Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Working towards or recently achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and membership of CIBSE, IET or an equivalent professional body.
- Proven experience delivering Electrical Building Services designs within consultancy or engineering environments.
- Good understanding of building regulations, codes, standards and best practice applicable to the built environment.
- Experience using industry-standard engineering software such as Amtech, IES, Relux and Revit.
- BIM awareness and experience working within coordinated design environments.
- Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working on commercial, hospitality, education, residential, healthcare or mixed-use developments.
- Experience supporting multidisciplinary project delivery teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient building systems.
- Experience mentoring graduate engineers or technicians.
- Previous experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East region.
