في هذا الدور، ستدعم تنفيذ مجموعة متنوعة من مشاريع التخطيط الحضري والنقل، مع المساهمة في أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وتعزيز حضور الشركة في المنطقة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع العملاء والفرق متعددة التخصصات والاستشاريين الفرعيين، وتتحمل مسؤولية إدارة المشاريع والأداء التجاري والتسليم الفني. هذه فرصة ممتازة لقيادة المشاريع وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين ولعب دور رئيسي في تقديم حلول تخطيط نقل عالية الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين، وتقديم التوجيه ومراجعة الأعمال قبل تسليمها.
- إعداد المقترحات الفنية والمالية ودعم مبادرات تطوير الأعمال.
- إدارة المشاريع متوسطة الحجم، وتحمل مسؤوليات مدير المشروع وضمان التسليم الناجح.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية مع العميل، والاستجابة لمتطلبات واستفسارات المشروع.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والفواتير والعقود والأداء التجاري لضمان تحقيق نتائج ناجحة.
- التنسيق وإدارة الاستشاريين الفرعيين عبر المشاريع الموكلة.
- تطبيق الحكم السليم والمبادرة لحل تحديات المشاريع المعقدة.
- تنفيذ منهجيات إدارة المشاريع الخاصة بشركة Mott MacDonald وأفضل الممارسات في المشاريع الجارية.
- دعم أنشطة تخطيط الموارد لضمان تزويد المشاريع بالكوادر المناسبة والحفاظ على استغلال الفريق.
- دعم التحسين المستمر وأساليب العمل الرقمية، ومشاركة المعرفة والدروس المستفادة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة النقل أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة في تخطيط النقل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع تخطيط النقل وتحقيق نتائج ناجحة.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة العملاء والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- كفاءة عالية في استخدام برامج Synchro و HCS.
- خبرة في إدارة الشؤون المالية للمشاريع والجوانب التجارية والعقود.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني لحل التحديات المعقدة.
- خبرة في اتخاذ أحكام سليمة بشأن القضايا المعقدة والحساسة.
- يُفضل: درجة الماجستير في تخطيط النقل أو الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- يُفضل: عضوية إحدى المؤسسات المهنية المرتبطة بقطاع النقل.
- يُفضل: خبرة في إدارة المقترحات متعددة التخصصات وعطاءات المناقصات.
- يُفضل: خبرة سابقة في قيادة وتوجيه وتطوير أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.

Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and reviewing work prior to submission.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals and support business development initiatives.
- Manage medium-sized projects, assuming Project Manager responsibilities and ensuring successful delivery.
- Act as the primary client contact, responding to project-related requirements and queries.
- Manage project budgets, invoicing, contracts, and commercial performance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage sub-consultants across assigned projects.
- Apply sound judgment and initiative to resolve complex project challenges.
- Implement Mott MacDonald project management methodologies and best practices on live projects.
- Support resource planning activities to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and team utilisation is maintained.
- Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.
- Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to Mott MacDonald values.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant transport planning experience within the GCC region.
- Proven experience managing transport planning projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly competent in Synchro and HCS.
- Experience managing project finances, commercial aspects, and contracts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve complex challenges.
- Experience making sound judgments on complex and sensitive issues.
- MSc in Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Membership of a professional institution affiliated with the transport sector.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary proposals and bid submissions.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
- Experience coordinating and managing sub-consultants on complex projects.
